Hi Garret - can you confirm the question type that you are seeing this behaviour in? Select_one questions will show the the name and not the label. The data itself is written as the name column and a domain is created to so that the labels seen in Survey123 will be seen in ArcGIS Online; in all but file geodatabase exports, ArcGIS Online provides the code (choice names) instead of labels. You can export the data with the labels via ArcGIS Desktop tools - see Problem: Coded value domain descriptions are not maintained after exporting data . Thanks John

Hi Garret What question type are you using for the problem fields - are they select_one? If so, this is a known limitation. It might be helpful if you share the survey and highlight the problem questions. Thanks John

Hi - We have an enhancement request open for your requirement. At the moment it is not possible to auto-populate the answer if the choice list is filtered to just one record. Thanks John

While the field app recognises the locale of the app and automatically adjusts for time zone, language (UI) and units - your requirement would be to localise the form content. To do this you would need to translate your labels, as detailed here: Multiple language support—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS The only limitation of this method is that the user would have to manually select the right language in the form (it would not be automatic).

Hi Eric - there was a column miss-spelling and this caused no related records to be downloaded to the inbox. The correct spelling for the parameters column is bind::esri:parameters (your double colon was in the wrong place) - all you need to do is make the change to the from and republish. This will not result in the loss of any existing data. Cheers John

Hi Glen and Jesper Thanks for the information regarding your workflows. Unfortunately, at the current version (2.5) the inbox does require a logged in named user. However, in line with a number of requests for inbox access in public surveys - we are looking at this as a potential enhancement request. If anyone else has this requirement - please reply to this thread. Thanks John

Hi Eric I tried to publish your survey, but was unable to due to you having duplicate field names in the form. Could provide the form that you used to create the survey - as you should not have been able to publish this one. Thanks John

Hi Brent - spaces in a choice name will work for a select one. However it is not best practice for the XLSform spec that Survey123 uses, and that is why you get a warning (as opposed to an error).

Hi Wetherbee Could you provide some more information on your setup: - What version of ArcGIS for server are you using and how is it secured? - Are you using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS to host the feature service item? - When signed into AGOL/Portal - can you confirm that you can successfully add the feature service to a webmap without being prompted for a password? - Can you provide a screen shot of the error that you are seeing on submission? Thanks Johjn

Hi Brent It it is not actually possible to publish a survey through Connect with a select_multiple question that references a choice list with spaces in the name values. So having no spaces is a requirement. Thanks John

Hi Eric Add the following to the calculate field of a text or note question: format-date(${DOB},'%m/%d/%Y') This will be for display purposes only, but can be persisted in the feature service as a text field. Please see the following: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/04/17/dates-and-time-in-survey123-for-arcgis for more info. Cheers John

Hi Kara To help us troubleshoot this issue, can you please share you survey and let me know the following: - Is the issue happening with every submission, or just when certain values are entered? - Was the service published through Connect or the web? - Was the survey published against ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise (is so, what Portal version)? - Was the survey published against an existing feature service? Thanks John
