Hi Mandy The correct workflow is to launch Survey123 from collector via the popup - which as you say is working. The strange thing is that Collector is locking up as a result of this workflow. So that I can replicate, could you let me know the following: - The device and operating system you using - Versions of Survey123 and Collector - The field type of MapNumber (Collector) - The question type of PoleNumber (Survey123) - The field types of the questions that you can't edit (Collector) Thanks John

Hi Michael Yes this is possible. By default the images are saved at medium resolution (640 pixels on the longest edge). But you can increase this in Connect under settings=>Images There is an option to save the images in the their native resolution (Unrestricted). You will need to republish the survey once the setting is changed. Thanks John

Hi Anastasia Can you confirm that the survey was created in the Survey123 website? There is a known issue that prevents the update of surveys originally created on the web, in Connect. This issue was introduced with the 2.5 Survey123 update. Thanks John

Hi Annastaysia The Connect link will take you to the form item online. You would be prompted to sign into ArcGIS Online to access it (if it is secured) and then you should be able to follow the links to the layer, and then feature service url: As long as you are signed into to ArcGIS online, you should not be prompted for a token. Hi Kieren I can confirm that Survey123 does support IWA and we have successfully tested it against many IWA portals. Issues usually result from the configuration of the portal machines certificate. Can you confirm that the certificate is CA or domain issued, and it is in the trusted store for the device running Survey123? Also can you confirm that you have tested both internal and external browsers and that you experienced no issues when actually adding the portal to Survey123? A screen dump of what you are seeing would also be helpful. Thanks John

Hi Amy, Masking a password entry in the manor you described is not supported by the app. One of the reasons for this is that form item and feature service access is controlled via the privileges of ArcGIS named user that is signed into the app, and the password is only entered on initial sign-in (the UI does mask the password in this case). It would be good to get a better understanding of your workflow so we can make a call on whether this would be an appropriate enhancement, or suggest an alternative method. Thanks John

The format for the web form (published by Connect) would be along the lines of: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/xxxxxxx?center=37.8199,-122.4783&field:integer_1=1 In this example we are passing in a location and a integer to the integer_1 field. It is the same url scheme for both the web and the field app - but they start differently: Web: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/xxxxxxx?
