Hi Paul - this is not a known issue. But I will try to replicate. Can you confirm that your Windows 7 environment has all the latest service packs applied? Thanks John

Hi Scott, You need to ensure that you build the relate based on the GlobalID field of the parent layer and GUID field (parentglobalid) of the child table. The original workflow you followed was not designed for Survey123 feature services. Thanks John

Hi Carissa Date calculations created in Connect, will still work then viewing the survey through the Survey123 Webform. However - if you intend to view the underlying feature service in a web map, then the calculations would not be applied. Calculations are stored in the form so you need to use form in order to access them. Cheers John

Hi Chris We have a bug open for this and hope to have this resolved for the 2.7 release. At the moment we have no workaround, apart from reducing the number of photos in from (with associated pulldata() functions). I've added your info to the bug issue. Thanks John

Hi Colleen If you are looking to create a new record with an existing incidentid, then unfortunately this functionality is not supported. We have an enhancement request open to use PullData() against a feature service, and I have added your requirements to it. However, if you want to update the information for an existing incident feature (created in another app). Then you can use the Inbox to find the feature based on its incidentid, and then update or add information to it. Thanks John

Hi Michael When you you create a survey from an existing feature service that has a related table, Connect should pull through the related table and fields as a repeat and questions. If this is not happening then there is something wrong with the feature service configuration. Please verify that the feature service supports supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalId and that the relationship is based on GlobalID (parent layer) and GUID (child table). For more information on this, please see: Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS. Once the repeat and questions are populated in the form, you will then need to manually add in the image questions. Cheers John

Hi Mathew So you will be typing in fuel measurements as you go, e.g 10, 15, 10 and you want a running total e.g. 35. Why not create a repeat with a decimal question in it? You could write in your values and then use the repeat aggregate function to sum up the total. This way you would save each fuel value to the feature service too. Cheers John

Hi - please have a look at the repeat aggregation sample in connect. This shows you how to accumulate numbers across the repeat (see the summary for Total room Area). Please let me know if you need any further help. Thanks John

Hi Michael It looks like your feature service is fine. As there is no such thing as an attachment field type in a feature service, Connect can't read them and automatically create associated questions in the form. Therefore when using an existing feature service all you need to do is ensure that attachments are enabled, and then manually add one or more image (or audio) questions to the form. Survey123 will then use the question name as a keyword property to link the attachment to the question that it should be linked to. Note that the above is true for questions inside or outside of the repeat. No need to use anything like: "HoleLocations__ATTACH" Cheers John

when using a repeat a new table is created .... how can I add the values that are entered into that table in the different positions? Survey123 supports the editing of repeats - so you can access the parent record in the inbox and either add or update the records in the related table. Please see: Prepare for editing existing survey data—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS.
