Where did you find this setting and how did you fix it. We are trying to implement the Water Utility and have found anywhere a tap is in the middle of the line snapped to a vertex it doesn't catch the service or if we add a new main off the tap it doesn't connect it through the update subnetwork. So we have main vertex connected to a tap that is connected to a service. I looked at the edit vertices of both the main, tap and services and they area all set to 0.

My problem is very similar to the above but not exact. I have a tap (point) where a service line meets a main. I need to check to see if the main is split at this point where the service line, tap and main all connect.

I just tried the recalculate spatial index after I execute the data load and my geometry shows. So I don't have to do my 5 step workaround. This is great advancement as the person on my support case just keeps trying different versions of pro. I tried to run this on the empty staging geodatabase AND on my hydrant lateral feature in my source geodatabase prior to running Execute Data Load and it didn't change the outcome. So this only works after the execute data load tool has been ran.

So many steps to get to that point. So I have a Destination Utility Network (which I believe I had submitted with all the rest of the data) that has the projection set in that. I then run the export asset package against that to get the Destination Staging asset package that I have importing my data into. I believe I had exported the Schema out of Utility Network for Napperville and changed my projection to mine using a tool to get the Destination Utility Network. I was following along with this. I added the geodatabase showing the data in the attribute table but not the geometry for our hydrant laterals to the one drive you shared to me.

I can definitely send it to you for review if you can provide me with a way to email it to you as I don't want to post it here since this is more of a open forum and administration doesn't want the data shared out to the world. I did put in a support ticket for this also, but it has been a week and that person is still trying to figure it out on their side. He was able to make it work in 2.6.0 but I'm not able to upgrade to 2.6.0 because that version wants to use server 10.8.0 and we are server 10.7.1.

I am executing a data load for my water utility network via some local geodatabases for testing and I am running into issues. I have created my data loading workspace that contains 18 layers. When I run the execute data load tool one of my layers (hydrant laterals) doesn't import correctly. The data is there in the Water Line feature attribute table but there is no geometry associated to it on the map. In the attribute table I can select a feature that would be a hydrant lateral (now a hydrant service in the utility network) and tell it to zoom to the selected. It will zoom to the correct location but there is no line there. If I go into the DataReference.xlsx prior to running the Execute Data Load and turn all layers to False EXCEPT for the Hydrant Laterals and then the Execute Data Load it will run on just that layer and import the data and geometry correctly. I tried to run these in two steps where I make the hydrant Laterals FALSE and run everything but that, but then my mains failed to upload it's geometry. So what I'm having to do is Execute the data load on the Entire workspace, delete the hydrant services from the water line and then run Execute the data on just the hydrant laterals. Making this a 1 step process into 3. I'm in my testing and data correct against the topology so I'm having to do this multiple times. I have ran the check geometry tool in ArcMap and received no errors on this dataset. I have recreated a fresh data loading workspace and replaced the hydrant lateral worksheet into my working data loading workspace. I also did the same with the DataReference worksheet. I did not want to start completely fresh on my data loading workspace as it took a long time to map all the fields in the 18 layers. I have upgraded my machine to Pro 2.5.2 and tried on another machine using 2.5.1.

I need to find where my main and hydrant lateral intersect and check to see if a device (fitting or valve) is placed there. My problem is sometimes the hydrant lateral has a fitting (elbow, cap, etc.) at the other side of the line. The fitting and valve is in two different layers. So when I do the below composite check I don't get all possible results, because the laterals that have a fitting on the other side of the it doesn't select them because it is seeing that as found object on the line. Hydrant Lateral intersects Main Hydrant Lateral does not intersect fitting Can I specify??? Hydrant Lateral intersects main Fitting doesn't intersect Lateral at Main OR valve doesn't intersect Lateral at Main

I have SDE database that I have published as a Web Layer into my Portal (Enterprise). I have then in Portal created maps that are being opened in Collector and edited. I am then opening the web map up through Pro 2.5.1 by logging into Portal and then selecting it from the content. My question is how can I refresh the data inside Pro so I always have the current version, if I have been in it for awhile. When I look at the web map inside Portal the updates show up pretty fast. However, I have hit the refresh button at the bottom of Pro and in the catalog pane and it never refreshes. I have to completely get out of my Pro project and get back in to see any updates.
