Is there anyway to remove the popup menu from the layer list completely.  I just don't want to remove some of the options.  I want to remove the menu completely, along with the little arrow that activates it.  All the items on the menu,  I don't want the user to access it, so there is no point for it.  I found this thread Cutomizing the Layer List widget but it was more for customizing than removing it completely. ... I have my portal and along with my ArcGIS server all installed on my server.  I have registered an app and started using Web AppBuilder Developer edition on my server.  What I am noticing is when I am linking to different services I am having to use the local url (ex. machinename/arcgis/rest/services), instead of my external URL of gis.adamscounty.org.  This is with services, hyperlinks I am doing, along with some of Robert Scheitlin custom widgets. My question/or confusion is once I get done developing the outside world is not going to be able to get to those local url's so should I be using Web AppBuilder on my computer where I can actually access those outside url's.  I tried to run web appbuilder on my machine but I can't figure out what to put in the URL for portal.  On the server I type https://machinename.local/parcgis.  On my machine I am typing http://gis.adamscounty.org/parcgis.  It is saying the host name cannot be found. I can type this same address into a web browser and it takes me to the home page of my portal, but I can't log in.  I tried and got the same results when using https. Am I  forgetting to set something up, or missing settings?  If anyone could advise the direction I should take.  This is my first time working with both Portal and Web AppBuilder so any clarity would be welcomed. ... I had a citizen email me stating that she couldn't access our Flex Application website and she is getting an error #2032.  I have tested the website on several different machines in my office and have had another couple try from other buildings.  None of them come up with the error message and the site works correctly.  Everyone is accessing the site via Adams County, City of Hastings, & Hastings Utilities.  Which is an external URL and not inside any networks that I have been testing it on.  So with that I'm convinced that it has to be setting somewhere with that person's computer and not an issue with the website itself.  She said she tried it on her husband's computer it didn't work either.  She is running Windows 7 and using IE11 and tried it in Firefox.  The computers I have tested is the same specs.  I have had her reinstall Flash Player and clear her browser cache.  With all the research I can't find any reason of why it is working everywhere else but not in this particular location.  I am attaching a screenshot of the error she is getting. ... I am using the TOC Widget and the widget resizes the width with each expansion of each  grouped drop down.  However it doesn't expand to fit all text in it.  So I have some symbology label not displaying fully and is getting cut off.  As you can see by the attached my flood zones symbology label is being cut off.  My website is at Adams County, City of Hastings, & Hastings Utilities .  Is there anyway to fix this?  I believe this is Robert Scheitlin Widget, not sure what version. ...
