5.35 Release Items Developers The layout of the Developers tab has been updated with new supporting text and username information that was used to register their Developer Subscription Code. It also highlights that this username is to be used when renewing their developer subscription. Licensing A Subscription Activity tab has been added to the Manage Developer Subscriptions section to show a history of when an ADS code has been linked or unlinked. A new ArcGIS Pro Licenses and Extensions page has been added to the Licensing tab. The issue where sorting on the License Summary page was bringing users to the Dashboard has been resolved. The issue where an error was happening when a user tried to convert an ArcGIS Pro Named User license to Desktop at version 10.9 has been resolved. 5.34 Release Items   General When users upload attachments (Ask a Question, Request Case, etc.) on My Esri, an issue has been resolved where selecting more than six files to upload at the same time wouldn't upload all attachments.   Manage Users For the Permissions Log export, a column has been added to show the "Separated User" information for when an administrator disconnects a user and selects "Separated from Organization" .   Developer Subscriptions Supporting text has been added to the Enter Developer Subscription Code page that gives details on what account to use if they are renewing their developer subscription. The 'Unlink' button on the Manage Developer Subscriptions page has been renamed to 'Unlink Developer Subscription Code'. An issue has been resolved where ISO files were not working for Developers that were not linked to an organization.   Esri Store Purchases For users who have purchased through the Esri store , a link is provided in the order fulfilment confirmation email to access the fulfilment page on My Esri.  An update has been made where that link is now available on the home page in My Esri so users do not have to go back to their email. 5.31 Release Items General A link has been added to the Dashboard's "Looking for Something?" section, to point users to the article that explains how to resolve the issue where they are trying to sign into ArcGIS Pro with a public account. Downloads The Downloads page has been updated with a new 'Current Versions' landing page. It highlights the current versions of Esri's Core products as well as all other products the customer is entitled to. The 'All Versions' tab is the original landing page and contains all later versions of Esri products. Licensing An issue has been resolved where the Edit License File workflow was showing the 10.7 to 10.7.1 update option for all minor license versions. Support For Technical Support case requests, under certain conditions, the Block of Calls was not being honored. Authorized Callers could submit cases beyond the assigned limit. My Esri Release Items - Thursday April 1st, 2021 Manage Users My Esri administrators will now be asked when they disconnect a user from their organization, if the user has separated from their organization. If true is selected, this information will be included in the email admins receive about the disconnected user, and the Permissions Log will be updated.  Licensing Fixed an issue in the License Term Summary report where the export was failing when the Expiration date filter was applied. Fixed an issue where Secure Site Operations was not allowing evaluations applied with ArcGIS Server authorization files. Fixed an issue where the Country/Region and State/Province drop-downs were unselected when editing an existing license file. They include assistance with Licensing Portal,  Managing Support Cases, Bugs & Enhancements, Activating Developer Subscriptions, and overviewing the Advantage Program report . Licensing A 'Tags' column has been added to the Portal License File Excel output report. Subscription ID's are now visible on the License Term Summary report. An Enterprise Portal issue has been resolved where a license file was able to be created containing more Power BI application quantities than allocated user type quantities. Fixed an issue where version 10.6.1 was not an available option in the Generate Portal for ArcGIS workflow for organizations with 10.6. ArcGIS Enterprise Standard authorizations. Please see the below enhancements and fixes that will be included.   Thanks,   Josh   5.21 Release Items   Support   The authorized caller confirmation email has been updated to include better instruction as well as the users call-in ID. An issue was reported where technical support cases were being submitted under a different organization than the one the user had selected. The cause was narrowed down to where an authorized caller had two windows or tabs opened in the same browsers with different organizations selected. A fix has been added during the request case process where the system will recognize if the customer numbers differ and prompt an option to continue or abandon the form.   Training   The Training page in My Esri has a new look. We've added an Overview page, which is intended to help all users, but particularly those new to Esri when locating training resources on Esri's Training website.   Reports   A bug was found for reports that had multiple columns that required scrolling horizontally. When scrolling to the right and trying to filter from the column heading, it immediately scrolled back to the left. This issue has been resolved.   ... View more

Please see the below enhancements and fixes that will be included.   Thanks,   Josh     5.20 Release Items    General   We've added links to a new panel on the Dashboard for the most-requested items on My Esri. This will help new My Esri users easily find the resources they are looking for. These links will send you directly to pages such as Downloads, Authorizations, Manage Store Purchases, and Renew Maintenance if applicable.    Downloads   When accessing software downloads on My Esri, a Esri Master Agreement license click-through pop-up window has been added that requires the customer click to accept the terms of the agreement before they can download the software.  The click-through is only required once per user per software product version downloaded. In other words, a user will only need to click to accept once per software product version, and will not have to click to accept on any subsequent download for the same software product version. To help decrease the amount of initial selections on the downloads page, the non-product side navigation options have been removed. Once a product group is selected, these option groups are still shown to help users choose the preferred download. A common question was added for PostgreSQL for Downloads.   Licensing   A function update was accomplished with Portal for ArcGIS licensing to minimize timeouts while generating license files.   Reports   An update was made to the title of a licensing report to decrease confusion. The Pro Licensing Files report is now titled Portal Licensing Files. This report shows information pertaining to any ArcGIS Enterprise Portal license file created.
