Mega Menu The new mega menu helps users find what they are looking for quicker and has the most frequently used workflows accessible through notification badges and interactive dropdowns. Help and Guidance The mega menu has designated help resources that are focused on commonly asked questions, workflows, and provides a place for user to give site feedback. Profile Enhancements were made to the user profile that further ties the experience to permitted features based on the individual. Examples include a ‘Developer’ option if the user is associated to an Annual Developer Subscription, and a ‘Store Purchases’ option for showing individual order and fulfilment details. With the use of inline editing, the experience has been streamlined where a user does not have to go to multiple pages to update their profile information. With the goal of users finding what they are looking for easier, the new model utilizes interactive grids that expand and collapse (+) the display showing detailed information. This practice is used as a standard across the new experience and effectively decreases the amount of click throughs a user needs to accomplish. Example: Training Records Action Icon Selectors Knowing that My Esri is used globally, creating an experience that supports translation can be difficult. Where applicable, new modal driven action icon selections have been added. Example: Technical Support Cases Manage Users From the main mega menu, you can access all users associated to your organization and manage their permissions. On the Manage Users page, the new look allows you to view and update your user’s permissions easier while remaining on the full user’s list page. Additional tools and reporting are available in the Manage Permissions feature such as user tagging, viewing user list in grid format, and viewing changes to user permissions through a log. Software License & Download Management To assist users when choosing the correct options for licensing an Esri product, the experience has been updated to grouping the product licenses and implementing a more user-friendly starting point with the addition of large product icon selectors. A similar experience was created for the downloads page along with the most current versions available from the mega menu dropdown for easy access and consistency. Support The support user experience has been modified to provide a clearer distinction between technical support and customer service support channels. This has been accomplished through updated taxonomy and actionable features displayed under pertinent categories. Developers To move away from the current confusing User Interface experience, the new site has created a unique stand-alone Developer setting. For the scenario when an end user is not connected to My Esri and is sent an email to subscribe to an Annual Developer subscription, once they select the option in the email, they are now taken directly to the new Developer Subscription home landing page. The end user now has an uncoupled interface where they can access all of the software entitlements at the mega menu level that are part of the Annual Developer Subscription. If an end user is connected to My Esri already and is associated to an organization, when accepting access to an Annual Developer Subscription through the email, the experience will send them to the same Developer Subscription landing page, however if they need to access their organizations portal, selecting the My Esri home page icon takes them to the organizations profile page and they can get back through the option under the gear icon.

New User Interface Experience In the current experience, to access the developer features when associated to an Annual Developer Subscription, users go into My Esri and need under the Organizations tab and choose the Developer sub tab. This is the workflow even when an end user is not connected to any Organization. To move away from this confusing User Interface experience, the new site has a unique stand-alone Developer setting. For the scenario when an end user is not connected to My Esri and is sent an email to subscribe to an Annual Developer subscription, once they select the option in the email, they are taken directly to the new Developer Subscription home landing page. The end user now has an uncoupled interface where they can access all of the software entitlements at the mega menu level that are part of the Annual Developer Subscription. If an end user is connected to My Esri already and is associated to an organization, when accepting access to an Annual Developer Subscription through the email, the experience will send them to the same Developer Subscription landing page, however if they need to access their organizations portal, selecting the My Esri home page icon takes them to the organizations profile page. Once on the Organizations Profile page, the user can then access permission driven features. Updated Navigation After the initial access to the Annual Developer Subscription via the email. Two options have been added for accessing the developer site. The first is from the user’s profile. A Developer option has been added in the main menu and will show when a user is associated to an Annual Developer Subscription. The second, is under the main gear icon on the My Esri Organization Profile page. Please note that this option will only show when the user’s profile is connected to an organization’s customer number in My Esri. If they are not, the gear will not appear as it is not needed since the user’s main experience is the Developer Subscription environment. With this location being different than the current experience, supporting messaging has been added on the site to help users locate the option.

Hi Vijay, Apologies for the late response. Are you still not seeing the Enteprise 11.0 user type entitlements? I know when Enteprise 11.0 release was announced there was a latency of weeks where some users were not seeting there entitlements in My Esri. You should be seeting them now and we are working internally to not have this happen for future releases. Josh

License Management License Files Related to Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro License Files Related to Business Analyst and Streetmap Premium Like the ‘License Files related to ArcGIS Server and Desktop” feature implemented in a previous release, these section shows all of the Portal for ArcGIS and Pro, Business Analyst, and Streetmap Premium license files that have been issued to users. License Information License Summary The License Summary page includes a summary of all licenses currently held by your organization, including quantity, product descriptions, term start and end dates (where applicable), and the most recent eligible version of the license. Licensing Tools Recover Lost License This highly utilized tool in My Esri serves the ability to recover a license that is no longer accessible due to system loss, failure, or destruction. In the classic version of My Esri, this tool is a 5-step process. Utilizing the updated My Esri design framework, a user can go through the process much quicker and can see all the pertinent information on one page. The above illustration shows how a user can now expand the machine results on the same page and view eligible products to recover. Once selected, a modal appears allowing the user to review the summary, acknowledge the terms and conditions, and proceed with processing the license return. Manage Developer Subscriptions Lastly, the Manage Developer Subscription feature is designated for license administrators to issue out developer codes to their staff.

License Esri Products This area is important for License Administrators as it allows them to license products to their organization. In the classic version, the user interface is vertical and when selecting the products to license, there is not distinct grouping which has caused user confusion. In the new version, you can see from the image that the selection process starts with Esri product icons that are selectable followed by horizontal steps that take the user through the workflow of generating a license file. Like other areas of the new My Esri experience, the license Esri products workflow takes advantage of in-line editing, the step wizard functionality, and user interface space. All of this creates a more seamless experience while reducing clicks and scrolling.

License Management This area is important for License Administrators as it shows all of the license files that have been issued to users. Through using the new grid and icon best practices, we have been able to provide a user experience that is currently three different pages into one seamless workflow. Be sure to look for the License Files related to Portal for ArcGIS and Pro section in upcoming versions of the My Esri beta site. License Information & Tools Within license information, the same consistency has been added where multiple pages have been reduced to one interactive interface with in-line editing and icon action buttons. Downloads As one of the most visited areas on My Esri, this experience has been updated to align with what is shown on the esri.com product pages where there are selectable images for Esri’s core products. Additionally, in our efforts to decrease then number of clicks, core product downloads have been added to the Download dropdown on the mega menu. @JoshuaBixby Thanks for the feedback. Hope all is well. To your questions, these items are related to ArcGIS Enterprise versus stand-alone ArcGIS Pro. Based on that not being clear, I do recognize that we need to update the side navigation title to say "ArcGIS Pro Add-on Licenses and Extensions for ArcGIS Enterprise". I will ensure this is updated to not cause any further customer confusion. Have a great weekend, Josh
