All, We will be moving forward with a release of My Esri on Wednesday February 6th at 5pm (PST). Please see the below key enhancements and fixes that will be included. Thanks, Josh My Esri Release Items License Summary The discontinued status has been added to Term Licenses in View License Summary. Permissions Users who are granted Assign Permissions (My Esri Admin) will now receive an updated confirmation email that contains a link pointing to detailed information that overviews My Esri admin responsibilities. Initially this document will only be available in English, but we will provide it in other languages as they become available. Resolved the issue where users with 'View Training permission' where unable to see the Training report. Licensing A text field option has been added to the email delivery process part of the License Esri Products workflow. The output JSON file name for ArcGIS Enterprise Portal has been updated to include File ID and date. The issue where the Generate Portal for ArcGIS workflow was returning a 504 error for large customers has been resolved. The issue in Manage License Files where the ‘Created by’ field was coming back blank for Portal license files has been resolved. Resolved the issue where authorization numbers that were added to an existing licensing file where not displaying. Organization Profile Resolved the issue where the 'Contact My Administrator' option was not displaying. Reporting Resolved the issue where filters weren't working for translatable fields in the Licensing Files report.

All, We will be moving forward with a release of My Esri on Wednesday January 23rd at 5pm (PST). This release is very exciting as it will have 10.7 licensing updates, and overall licensing experience changes. Please see the below details on these as well as other key enhancements /fixes that will be included. Thanks, Josh My Esri Release Items Licensing Terminology Updates: To be more consistent with licensing terminology, updates have been done in areas of the site that replace the word 'provision' to 'license' where applicable. The 'Create Provisioning File' link on the Licensing tab has been renamed 'License Esri Products'. The 'Manage Existing Provisioning Files' link on the Licensing tab has been changed to 'Manage License Files'. Streamlined Process Updates: The last two steps of the licensing process have been combined to reduce the number of steps. This combines the Delivery Method and Review steps into one. For Products where you do not license extensions, the License options have been removed. Removed the License (formerly Provisioned) options for Additional Portal Products and ArcGIS Pro (for Portal use) in the License Esri Products workflow as these are not needed due to their only being one option. Fixed the issue where the Convert ArcGIS Pro Named Users workflow was cutting off at 50 records. Reporting Updates: Provisioning information has been removed from the Authorization Activity Report. These aren’t always actually activated and has caused confusion when users are trying to understand authorization activity. A new provisioning/licensing report has been created. This report will allow users to keep better track of their created license files. Experience Updates: A new Basic view has been added to the Licensing page that highlights the standard workflows to help users get their software up and running. 10.7 Pre-Release Version Updates: Added the new 10.7 licensing workflow (User Types) for ArcGIS Enterprise. Added version 10.7 to the downloads. Developers Added the new pre-release 10.7 licensing workflow to the Developer tab.

Happy New Year All, It has been confirmed that we will be moving forward with a release of My Esri this evening at 5pm (PST). Please see the below key enhancements and fixes that will be included. Thanks, Josh My Esri Release Items Usability To help reduce the amount of clicks a user has to go through, a new default landing page option has been added. To make it more clear on where to find a summary of license information, we have changed the "View License Term Summary" text to say "View License Summary". Additionally on this page, the different license types have been separated into groups (Term and Maintenance Use). Developers The issue where related authorizations weren't showing for developers has been resolved. Licensing On the first step for creating a provisioning file, the Product Type dropdown list has been rearranged based on frequency of use.

My Esri Release Items Usability To utilize more space on My Esri, the vertical steps that appear for process driven workflows have been adjusted to display horizontal across the top. Events The UC registration link has been updated for 2019.. Transactions In Order History, when one order is placed for multiple organizations, the total price has been updated to only show the amount for the selected customer. Reports The License Overview, Order History, and Authorization Activity reports have been updated to display all information in the translated language selected. Support A limit has been added to the number of times a user can reopen a case. When a case has been closed twice, the reopen button is disabled with a note explaining the limit and an alternative action.

My Esri Release Items General The Slovenian (sl) language has been added to My Esri. Licensing & Downloads The issue where special characters were going into the email subject as HTML code for ESLF files has been resolved. The Cancel Provisioning file message has been updated to only show that the provisioning file is cancelled, not the authorization number. Reports The issue where some reports with multiple customers were failing has been resolved. The issue where fields in reports were not being localized has been resolved.

Below is the list of key functionality and fixes that will be included in this My Esri release. My Esri Release Items Permissions Users who are assigned the “Assign Authorized Callers” permission will receive emailed instructions on the responsibilities this permission entails. Licensing & Downloads To reduce confusion on which authorization numbers go with the available list of downloads, an authorization search has been added to the downloads page. When an authorization number is entered, the list of downloads will be narrowed down to the applicable downloads. The issue where the ability to allocate multiple license types was not working in Generate Portal for ArcGIS workflow has been resolved.

Hi Charlie, Authorization files for Enterprise are found on My Esri within your organization. If you have the proper permissions, you would log into My Esri, go to the Licensing tab, select View Authorizations and see the Authorization Numbers. If you are not currently associated with your Organization in My Esri, you can request access on My Esri and your organization administrator will grant access. If you have any questions, please also feel free to email service@esri.com and have your customer service representative assist. Hope this helps, Josh

My Esri Release Items Permissions A prompt has been added to notify an admin if they choose to remove 'View Support' from an Authorized Caller Licensing The ‘Manage Existing Provisioning Files’ list has been updated to be sorted by Created On date by default. Support When a support case is submitted on behalf of another contact, that contact is listed as the submitter. This has been updated to reflect both the 'submitted by' and the 'submitted for'. When a support case is submitted with one or more attachments, the attachment indicator and the attachment names will be more prominent on Support > Case Details. When adding a note in a case and including an attachment, the name of the attachment will show in the note details. Developer Subscription Added functionality to prevent a customer with a monthly builder subscription from linking an annual subscription to the same deployment plan. Transactions View Order details has been updated to only show the total price for the items in the order that belong to the selected customer number.

Below is the list of key functionality and fixes that will be included in this My Esri release. My Esri Release Items Usability Removed the Transaction and Licensing Overview pages in order to reduce redundancy. Reorganized and grouped the left navigation options in the Licensing tab for easier usability. Moved the Manage Authorized Callers feature from the Support tab the Users tab to further consolidate admin driven processes into one place. Licensing Fixed the issue where the Create Date in Authorization Details was a day off.

Hello all! 2018 continues to fly by and I must say that as the My Esri product owner, I have seen so much engagement throughout the year from you (the user) on identifying current pain points as well as ways we can evolve the experience. In early June, we introduced a short 5 question survey and have received over 8,000 replies. I can’t tell you how awesome this is as it truly helps us understand the current state of My Esri from your perspective. To share with you an overall snapshot of the results, I have put together a word cloud that consists of the most frequently used words found in your fe edback. As you can see, it is centralized around the word Usability and is linked heavily towards the account, licensing, and downloading processes. What’s also clear from your feedback, is there are often struggles using My Esri in these areas. Well, the good news is that we hear you and have begun outlining some improvements that will start being implemented in the remaining part of 2018 and into 2019. During this time, please continue to voice your thoughts through the My Esri Geonet space so we can continue to incorporate your needs into the My Esri development process. In closing, I want to thank all of you who have contributed thus far. I look forward to hearing more about your experience as we continue to grow My Esri together. Added "Created On" date field in the Authorization number details. Added file activity time stamps to provisioning files. Resolved the issue where provisioning files couldn't be cancelled. Resolved the issue where the 'Send me a copy…' check box wasn't working in Create Provisioning File. Resolved the issue where customers with only one type of product could not create provisioning file. Transactions Updated Order History to show only items where the user is the end user partner in the order. Fixed the issue where the Renew Maintenance Quote workflow was timing out. Updated the format for the CC payment option in the Renew Maintenance Quote workflow. Manage Users Users who are admins within an organization now have an identifier by their names. Support The issue where authorized callers couldn't escalate bugs has been resolved.
