Thanks, Josh 5.12 My Esri Release Items Support For premium entitled organizations that have a block premium support calls , the request case option will now default to standard instead of premium. Licensing The Recover Lost Licenses tool has been updated to give users a better description when a license isn't eligible for return. Fixed an issue where when a user selects the 'Ungroup licenses by authorization number' option in the License Esri Products workflow and it does not return a list of entitled products. A limitation has been set for the number of authorizations that can be entered in the Convert ArcGIS Pro Named User Licenses workflow to ensure successful implementation. Additional explanatory text has been added to the License Esri Products workflow for the Portal for ArcGIS licenses at 10.7 and greater. Explanatory text has been added next to the 'Cloud Instance ID' field in the License Esri Products workflow.

All, We will be moving forward with a release of My Esri this Thursday March 12th, at 5pm (PST). Please see the below enhancements and fixes that will be included. Thanks, Josh My Esri Release Store Purchase Renewals For those who have made purchases on the Esri Store, the renewal process from My Esri has been updated. The renewal tools have been put in one place, on a new page called Manage Store Purchases. Also, you can now turn on autorenewal for ArcGIS Personal Use and ArcGIS Student Use. ArcGIS Online Information Added filters for Activated and Not activated subscriptions to better manage subscriptions. Licensing Fixed an issue where the user had to select the 'Environment' link on term licenses prior to being able to add term dates. Updated the License Files list to include a concatenated list of all license types in the file. Manage Users An authorized caller label has been added to the user easily identify authorized callers. Profile If a language is not set on your profile, you will be prompted to provide this information the next time you sign in with your Esri Account (ArcGIS Online Account). Before, My Esri defaulted to English for both the site and its emails if the language was not set. Support For support cases, the issue where part of the page was being clipped off when printing Case Details has been fixed.

All, We will be moving forward with an exciting release of My Esri this evening Wednesday February 19th, at 5pm (PST). Please see the below enhancements and fixes that will be included. Thanks, Josh My Esri Release Items General With the list of functionality on the licensing tab growing, the side navigation has been updated to better highlight the newer tools (tags, configuration, recover lost license), and emphasize the License Esri Products workflow. Manage Users When inviting a user to join an organization, the option to add then as an authorized caller is now available. When a user's access to My Esri is limited with a time range, they will now see a message 30 days before their access will end. The message lets them know who to contact if they want to extend their access. They can dismiss the message, but it will reappear after they sign in again in a new browser session. The issue where the User Permissions Grid could not be exported has been resolved. Licensing Added a button on the License Esri Products page to use a License File Configuration. Added a form to the Convert ArcGIS Pro Named User Licenses for users to request to convert back to named users. Fixed an issue where notes were being removed in Authorization Numbers Details. Grouped duplicate items in ArcGIS Pro license files so they do not show as duplicates when installing the file. Transactions Updated the Renew Maintenance Quotes page to exclude quotes where materials are marked as not eligible for online renewal.

Thanks, Josh 5.8 My Esri Release Items Manage Users Resolved the issue where a filtered user list was unable to be exported. Resolved the issue where user tags were not being assigned when inviting users to My Esri. When managing an existing user's permissions, there is now an option to assign an authorized caller entitlement. Licensing Fixed the export issue with the Excel output in the Manage License File page for Developers. The time out issue when trying to Recover a Lost License has been resolved.

All, We will be moving forward with a release of My Esri on Tuesday December 17th at 5pm (PST). Please see the below key enhancements and fixes that will be included. Thanks, Josh My Esri Release Items General My Esri is now available in Ukrainian. Licensing ArcGIS Online information has been added to the Licensing page. This includes subscription ID, total remaining credits, activation date, renewal date, total members, available members, members per user type and add-on licenses. For the License Esri Products workflow, the 'Ungroup Products by Authorization Number' has been updated to with an (optional) label to let users know they are not required to check the box. A Common Question has also been added explaining what the 'Ungroup Products by Authorization Number' means. The link in the License Esri Products workflow that says 'What are add-on user type extensions and extensions bundles?' has been updated to 'What are add-on user type extensions?' The License Esri Products workflow has been updated to make the Phone Number and State/Province fields required in the End User Information step. Request Permissions The request permission form has been updated to show a checkbox list of available My Esri permissions for a user to choose from. This helps the user select the correct permissions as well as the receiving administrator process the request as it will be pre-selected. Developer The issue has been resolved where a user connected to one developer subscription was getting a permissions error when trying to access License File details. Support For authorized callers, the ability to add notes to closed cases has been disabled. If there is additional information, the workflow is to contact the analyst via phone/email, or request a new case.

Updated the My Esri Welcome Landing Page to help users access and request permissions to their organization easier. Licensing Updated the License Esri Products workflow to handle errors in creation and cancellation of files better. Updated the License Esri Products workflow to limit the total for the address field to 100 characters. Added license file tags to the Authorizations Activity report. Updated license files for ArcGIS Server to include the generator version. Updated the Manage License Files page for Pro and Portal licenses to remove the extra label. Added a common question explaining the license levels for Desktop and Enterprise. Support Bugs and Enhancements are now separated on the overview page. The Bugs page has been renamed to 'Bugs and Enhancements' and better distinguishes between the two categories through the addition of filtering.

Hi Brian, I had a chance to review the issues and it seems you have two accounts in My Esri. One has been given the permission to log a case while the other has not. Please ensure you are using the correct account for submitting cases. For the Cancel License issue, are you not seeing the cancel option? If so please let me know and we can further troubleshoot via email. A reminder.. the cancel file option will only be available if all authorizations have been activated within the license file. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Josh 5.4 My Esri Release Items General A 'Contact My Administrator' button is now available on all pages within the My Organizations tab. Licensing The issue where Authorization notes were not updating it to the PDF output in the Authorizations report has been resolved. Duplicate line items showing on the Pro Licensing Files report have been fixed. The issue where license file status's weren't updating when activated through Secure Site Operations has been resolved. Resolved the issue where the State/Province error label was incorrect in the Request Media workflow. Customer Service An Overview page has been added for Customer Service cases. The issue has been resolved where after a user accepted the My Esri invitation token, they were unable to see their Customer Service Cases.

Manage Users The email preview option for the bulk update tool has been fixed. Developer The issue where generated license files were displaying in the wrong place (Licensing Tab) has been resolved.

Thanks, Josh My Esri Release 5.2 Licensing Added an 'Explain' link and made the License File tags in License Esri Products easier for users without Manage Tags permissions. Removed the license tags dropdown box to remove confusion for users who do not have not have the permissions to add tags. Profile When a user is associated to only one organization, the interface on the connected organizations section has been adjusted to show the user their list of My Esri permissions. Developer Updated the Developer licensing process to work better with Secure Site Operations. Manage Users The administrator onboarding documentation is now accessible through a link in the "More Information" section on the Manage Users page. Downloads Information pertaining to Esri's Master Agreement for Products and Services has been added to the "More Information" sections on the Downloads pages General The "Ask a Question" option for users has been updated with resource text that is based on the frequent types of issues being submitted.

Thanks, Josh My Esri Release 5.1 Licensing A new licensing report for Pro and Portal license files has been added. The Manage License Files workflow has been updated to allow users to add tags to existing files. The License Esri Products page has been updated to not require the phone number, state, or postal code. The Additional Licensing Forms page has been rearranged so that Secure Site Operations is more visible. Manage Users A dropdown list of all connected users within the organization will be visible to choose from when adding an authorized caller. A similar dropdown list has been added on the Request Case Form when adding a contact in the On Behalf Of section, or the Additional Contact section. Developer The 'Back to License Files' button on the Developer tab has been fixed so it goes back to Manage License Files on the Developer tab instead of the Licensing tab.

All, We will be moving forward with a release of My Esri on Wednesday August 28th at 5pm (PST). Key enhancements and fixes that will be included are listed below. Please let me know if you have any quesrtions. Josh My Esri Release Items Licensing Fixed the issue where more than one new tag can't be added to a license file. Fixed the issue where license files created for a Developer subscription were showing in the Manage License Files Excel output under the Licensing tab. Changed the sort order for Pro and Portal license files to "created on date" versus "file id". Added the File ID number to the email subject for Portal license files. Updated the Cancel button on the Confirm Cancellation pop up in Manage License Files. Fixed the issue where pre-10.7 license files could not be cancelled. Fixed the issue where the 'Cancel' button was not working in the Recover Lost Licenses workflow. Added a note to the License Esri Products workflow for Singe use, Enterprise, and Server licenses letting the user know they are allocating 1 license per product on the file. Reports Added a column to the License Summary report to show if a license is term or maintenance. General Resolved the issue across the site where an action would not automatically put the user back to the top of the page. Removed the "Ask a Question" option from the footer of each My Esri page to reduce redundancy. On each page there is a floating "Ask a Question" that users can choose from. The Online Request panel from Support Overview Page was removed to reduce redundancy. Profile Updates have been made to the Profile Overview page to make it clearer for users to see their permissions (added a dropdown box to the bottom of the Organization information). Updated the default page message on the Profile Overview Page from "Make My Default Page" to "Clear Any Default Page". Revised the "Request Permission Workflow" under "Connect to Your Organization" to make it easier for users to submit their request.

Hi Andrew, You still should have 10.1 - 10.4.1 available under the Product Selection ArcGIS for Server (see below screenshot). When Esri moved to 10.5 - to current the product nam changed so is a different selection. Hope this helps, Josh

Hi Nora, Thanks for the question and apologies on not responding sooner. If you want to use those authorizations that are actively uninstalled in your licensing file then yes you should return them. To return them you would need to deauthorize all of the active authorizations that are bundled in the licensing file. Once all of them have been deauthorized, you should see a cancel option on the licensing file in My Esri. After you cancel the file, the actively uninstalled authorizations will be available for you to re-license. I hope this helps. Josh

Please let me know if you have any quesrtions. Josh Licensing Numerous text changes have been made to the License Esri Products workflow to improve the experience. These include updates to the delivery method and license completion sections. It is now possible to license extensions individually for ArcGIS Server in License Esri Products. Downloads A link has been added on the downloads page pointing to a knowledge base article that will assist users with the Checksum process. Support When exporting the Technical Support Case Report, the issue has been resolved where column names and values were mixed up. The "Ask a Question" button has been removed from the support page to further avoid confusion when submitting a technical support case. The bug has been fixed regarding incorrect dates of Support and Transaction items when viewing on a mobile device.
