So I was searching for the same solution knowing that I have done this in the past. After searching through my dashboard and the subsequent data / domains that I setup I found the solution to this question. It's not ideal but it works. We are in the process of doing a street inventory and grading the quality of the roadways. This chart comes in correctly every time (Best, Good, Fair, Poor, Worst - Second Image). We are also collecting drainage systems and signs. Those do not sort well (Fair, Good, Poor - First Image). The difference....how I set up the domains. In the Road Condition graph I set up the domain to be numbers (1-5) representing words (Best - Worst). This sorts correctly because they are in numeric order. For the Sign and Drainage Conditions I setup the domain to be alpha... (Good - Poor) with the description being the same. These sort alphabetically. So, I think the answer to this question is to create a field and give it numeric values that associate with the way you want it sorted, or set up domains as numbers. I'm guessing I could add a field to my Signs and Drainage named sort. Enter numeric... or alpha values in the order you want. When setting up the table you could sort the values by that field... see 3rd image.

Does anyone have any idea if / when the Synchronize changes tool will be available within ArcGIS Pro. This is a big part of our daily server maintenance. If not, then the only alternative would be to scrap the replications that we have set up and use delete features / append features to handle the changes. This seems like it would be more time consuming than the Synchronize Thanks,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have a variety of potential users. Some are GIS professionals and some are not. What I would like to do is give everyone the same singular tool to download data from AGOL privately. I tried this through Open Data, but it appears that you cannot create a private page only to be shared with a specific audience. I created an idea about this. I get that a private Open Data page isn't really "Open", but I think ESRI is missing an opportunity with Open Data. There needs to be an avenue, or mechanism, to share sensitive information with a specific group of people. The other option that I looked into was creating a group in AGOL and hosting a Feature Service to that group. This allowed users to download data, but it created it within that group. Again, this is not entirely useful and would create potential credit issues from storing multiple files online. I have basically been told by tech support that there is no way to share data privately unless I use an application. Which is what I've been doing for some time. I was really looking for a simple and clean way to share GIS data (shapefiles and tabular), with people who are GIS professionals and non GIS professionals privately. I hope that helps answer your questions.

Has there been any movement or solution on this topic? This is the exact workflow I am looking for and can't seem to accomplish with Open Data or AGOL. Thanks

This is a basic idea. I understand that HUB sites are really designed to be completely transparent. However, the reality of the world we live and work in is that there are data sets that cannot be public but still need to be shared with an intended audience. ESRI should allow users to create Hub sites that allow users to share proprietary data among a selected group of people without sharing the information publicly. Point of clarification. I think this should be done through a service and not force the user to upload the data to AGOL as a HOSTED Feature Layer.

ESRI tech support told me this was a bug that has been addressed in ArcGIS Pro 2.3. However, yes the workaround was to drop the interior weight of the boundary file to 0 and then the contours showed up. Thanks

Ok... so here is an update for those still having problems with this. This has something to do with data. I had 2 layers, municipal boundaries and contours. They both used "special" label styles, boundary placement and contour placement. When the boundaries were on the contours turned off.. when I turned the boundaries off the contours would appear. Initially I thought this was a bug...it still might be. However, the fix was to replace the boundaries layer since it was the only thing causing the contours to turn off. I symbolized it the same way and labeled it the same way and it corrected the contour labeling issue.

I just ran into the same issue today. Several weeks ago I created a tiled service from our contours that successfully used the contour label placement in MapPlex Labeling. Today, in a separate project I tried to turn on Contour labeling and the labels disappear. I'm currently using ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4 and I believe I was using the same version when I create my tiled service.

Good Afternoon Robert, I have what I hope is a quick question. When I use your eSearch widget on my phone and try to select one of your drop down menus it opens my keyboard on my phone. Is there a way to disable this through the code? Or... is this just a known problem with phones? Ideally, when I setup a search to be unique values the user is not typing anything...rather they are just selecting. Thoughts? Thanks, Nick

Has anyone created a widget, or know of a widget for WAB DE that allows for an iframe website within the extent of the widget tool? I've been looking at the Dashboard theme and it seems like this could be useful. I've tried the about widget but as per ESRI Tech support I am unable to use this widget that way. It only supports text and pictures / graphics. Ideally, I would like to stand up an application for either elections or for EMA that would have this ability to pull external sites and give the person more information from within the mapping application. Is this functionality available within the WAB framework? Thanks,

I've been looking into the Dashboard theme in WAB / WAB DE and it would be nice to iFrame content from other websites into some of the panels. For my specific purpose I was using this template for election results. The map and left side of the theme was used for my County's results. It would be nice to be able to iFrame the results from the State and even Nationally right within the Application. Similarly, this could be used as a Common Operating Picture for emergency response. The frames in the themes could contain data from external or internal websites as a means to give a manager more information in one location.

Here is the problem I faced... While editing and moving vertices it appeared that randomly it would select multiple vertices and move them together. Again, it appeared to be very random. In reality this is what was happening... As I was selecting vertices and moving them I noticed that if I was not absolutely accurate in selecting the vertex that it would not change the pointer symbol and I would move the entire line even though I was snapped to the vertex. So, if you edit a polygon layer, very slowly move the cursor towards the vertex. What you notice is the cursor snaps to the vertex, but the icon on the pointer is still set to move a line. If you move the cursor a little closer you will notice it changes to a box with arrowheads off every side. Now you can move the vertex by itself. My Idea.... This functionality is somewhat problematic and frustrating and slows down the editing process. If my cursor snaps to the vertex then I should also get the vertex edit tool to become active. This would make the editing experience more intuitive and logical. Thoughts?

I'm sorry... I must have confused you a little. You care correct in the way it formats the different queries. What I was getting at was in 2.1 I used contains and it behaved in a certain manor. In the 2.4WAB / Widget it behaved differently. My fix for the problem was to use the starts with operator and the contains query. I had to change it in the code. For some reason the contains produced strange results. When I used starts with and the contains query it behaved like it did in 2.1
