Oops, yes I do mean javascript (as we can't use js functions for public surveys)! Absolutely fine if the function returns a JSON object, as long as we can then parse contents using calculations. I think that syntax looks like it would work, but could you explain what each of the parameters represents? Essentially we just need to be able to specify the target layer, the type of lookup (contains, starts with, ends with etc.), which column to search in and the field value from the current survey to search by. Hope that makes sense?

For public surveys, you can currently calculate location for a geopoint question using a look up search against a .csv (local or linked content). See this blog post, for example. However, we would like to be able to look up search against another feature service. Our list of locations is dynamic and new records are added via Survey123. It is huge admin burden to republish the .csv every time a new record is added or an existing record is deleted.

@IsmaelChivite Do you know when it might be possible to do look up from a web service (or ArcGIS feature service) in public surveys?

I agree that this would be useful. For us, it would be nice to show the number of unique organisations that have uploaded data to an initiative. What would be an even better enhancement is if we could use Arcade expressions in the statistics card.

At the moment, you can add a new supporting team (creates a new ArcGIS Online group) or you can add an existing supporting team that was created for another hub initiative. However, we would like an option to add an existing ArcGIS Online group as a supporting team. This would be especially useful where we are transitioning some of our existing data collection projects into Hub Premium, so that we can avoid having to migrate the members and content to a new group; which can cause confusion for existing users, and also requires us to update our automated scripts (which we use to assign and manage group members).

You can create the same functionality in the new StoryMaps using StoryMap Collections. You simply need to turn on navigation in your StoryMaps to create the sub menu: And then bring them together in a StoryMap Collection to create the main menu: Check out this blog post: Create your first collection with ArcGIS StoryMaps

Hi @JulieGrindborg , I see you're using the Classic StoryMaps. You can change the theme colours by editing the JSON. The easiest way to do this is using the ArcGIS Online Assistant. Login with your AGOL username and password Go to 'I want to...' in the header menu and select 'View an items JSON' Navigate through your folders and select the StoryMap which you would like to edit As you scroll down, you will see two windows containing the JSON code Go to the 'Data' window and click on the edit icon (pencil) Near the beginning of the code, you will see a section called "theme" and you can update the colours by pasting in the hex code or RGB value When you are done, click 'Save' Reload your StoryMap and the new theme colours should be displayed. P.s. It's worth saving a copy of your StoryMap or the original code somewhere before editing, just in case something goes wrong!

The Summary Statistic Card is great for sharing live progress of our initiatives, but currently they look a bit boring and don't stand out to site visitors. We'd like to be able to add custom icons to the summary statistic card, and adds units if appropriate. It would also be useful if we could adjust the size, colour and font to make them more eye catching. How statistics cards currently look: How we'd like them to look: Making the statistics animated would also be a great enhancement and help draw attention.

At the moment, when you view an app in an ArcGIS hub it appears with a very basic and minimal header. We'd like the full site header with the menu to be shown when loading apps within hub. How it currently looks: How we'd like it to look: It would also be useful if we could completely remove the 'More info' and 'Add to favourites' tab, rather than simply minimising it.

Buttons on Hub pages are appearing with underlined text when 'Underlined links' is turned on in settings. According to the note on the editor, this should only underline links in body text. Can we turn off underlining text on buttons, whilst still underlining links in text?

We can now link to different sections within a StoryMap, and this is great functionality! But is there a way to link to the next StoryMap in a collection? We want to prompt the user to change to the next tab, rather than close the window.

This is a bug! When I open one of my sites with a custom font and go to the font settings, it shows my existing font settings: But when I click on the text boxes it generates an error message and won't allow me to save, despite the fact I haven't changed any of the text. Hopefully the Hub team can get this fixed!

We've tried this, but unfortunately it sometimes creates a double scroll bar on the right hand side which can be glitchy and causes confusion for users (especially those who are less computer proficient). Seems to behave differently on different screen sizes/browsers. Interested to hear if anyone else has had more success and what iFrame embed code or CSS was used!

@JamesTedrick is there an updated workflow for modifying the editor tracking fields? It seems that this solution is out of date or does not work in all scenarios. It would be great if there was a way to do this through the ArcGIS API for Python. We have a similar issue to those above. We need to update the 'created by' field for records submitted through Survey123. We are moving our initiative to ArcGIS Hub, after initially piloting it using a public Survey123 form. We need a way to assign the legacy data from the public Survey123 form to the users who will now be using ArcGIS Hub community accounts to upload and edit/update their own records. Thanks

Any update on when this will be possible? It's very frustrating having to switch between Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic every time I want to duplicate a layer. It would also be great to be able to save changes to a layer item. Thanks!
