Full site header when viewing apps in hub

At the moment, when you view an app in an ArcGIS hub it appears with a very basic and minimal header. We'd like the full site header with the menu to be shown when loading apps within hub.

It would also be useful if we could completely remove the 'More info' and 'Add to favourites' tab, rather than simply minimising it.
