I have a survey recording types of litter found during litter picks. We added a repeat field to the end of the survey for users to record items that were not listed in the categories provided on their tally sheets. In this repeat, the users are asked to provide: An item description (e.g. sunglasses) - text field The material type (e.g. plastic) - select one field And the total number of these items found (e.g. 2) - integer field I can use the aggregate functions to calculate: The total number of items counted: sum(${Total_count}) The number of different item types: count(${Item_description}) But I can't seem to be able to calculate the total number of items counted by material type. I have tried using an if statement: if(selected(${Material_type}, 'Plastic'), sum(${Total_count}), 0) But the value always returns 0, even when the statement is true. Is this possible within Survey123?

Hi @JenMcRuer Could you send the URL you are using? You can remove/hide the item ID if you don't want to share. As a first troubleshooting step, make sure that you've put a ? after the item ID and & between each URL parameter. For example <iframe src="https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/29f0a949ae44473589b5945677987bdd?hide&embed"></iframe>

YES! I have this problem all the time and it is incredibly time consuming. When you want to delete a section of text, you have to highlight one paragraph at a time and click delete. You can't highlight multiple paragraphs (blocks) and delete with one click. When you are re-ordering sections containing text, you have to cut and paste one paragraph at a time to the new location - sometimes scrolling lots in between! It would be much better if you could highlight all the text and cut and paste in one go, or if you could highlight and drag and drop to a new location in the StoryMap.

It would save us time if we could edit or update embedded content. At the moment it just shows you the URL for reference and if you want to change anything you have to add a new embed block and delete the old one. This can be time consuming, especially if you've created a card with custom details/thumbnail.

When I embed a Survey123 form in a StoryMap it automatically changes the URL parameters of the link. Regardless of whether I want the link to appear as a card or an iFrame. For example, the URL I pasted into the embed widget was: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/29f0a949ae44473589b5945677987bdd?lang=fr This is automatically changed to: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/?open=web&embed=fullScreen&lang=fr&id=29f0a949ae44473589b5945677987bdd&hide=navbar,footer,theme Which adds URL parameters to change the format of the survey form to full screen mode, remove the theme colours and hide the navbar, header and footer. There's no option to edit the code and remove these URL parameters. How can I stop this from happening?

That's correct. It's still not possible to add buttons to a map tour slide, but it has been added to the product plan so will hopefully be made possible in a future update.

This issue still hasn't been resolved. The only way around it is to have multiple links in normal paragraph text. Doesn't look as good or stand out on the page unfortunately.

I'm configuring a new dashboard using a map (created in the new map viewer). The details widget is pulling through the pop-up information, but there's no way to change the font colour of the pop-up headings, so they are illegible against the dark background (see red circles in screenshot below). The rest of the text has automatically updated based on the dashboard theme. Should this be working automatically or is there a way to change it?

Agree that the white space is too large between slides and some of our users have said they find it annoying. It breaks up the narrative a bit too much - like starting a new chapter rather than a new paragraph - and scrolling feels excessive. You actually find yourself scrolling once or twice to get to the next slide and see a change in content. It would be nice if the amount of white space was reduced or could be variable. Alternatively, you could allow different types of transitions between slides. This would create the same kind of seamless experience as Shorthand stories, where each scrolling movement results in a change in the content on the screen.

We'd like to be able to add a button to the text panel on a Map Tour slide. This would most likely be a call to action or a link to find out more. Being able to link out to other sources of information allows us to keep StoryMaps concise and focused on what users are interested in. At the moment, we have to use a simple hyperlink but it doesn't stand out to the reader or look as nice as a button.

This would save a lot of time when you want to re-order the sections in a StoryMap! At the moment you can't drag and drop blocks of text so you have to manually copy and paste paragraph by paragraph.

Shame there's not a simple way to do this without the developers edition. It would be great if we could quickly deploy experiences on custom domains, like we can with ArcGIS Hub sites.
