When online you just need to go into the menu and select 'download surveys'. From here you can download one or more of your surveys to the device. You are then able to complete and submit surveys while offline - with completed surveys being saved to the outbox. When online again, you can send the surveys from the outbox to the feature service. If you need offline access to a basemap for a geopoint question, you will need to create a tile package (.tpk) and copy it to the device (there a few ways to achieve this).

Hi Nejib Updates to the page functionality are still in our backlog. The focus of development is currently on other pressing areas (e.g. editing of repeats). We will get to this (pages), but can't commit to a date/release as of yet. I will add your comment to the issue we have open for this and make sure you are updated. Thanks for your feedback. John

Hi - Your issue looks to be that you are trying to edit a survey that you created in the Survey123 Connect desktop application, but using the web form (Survey123.arcgis.com). This is not currently supported - you will need to make your changes back in Connect. If you want to add a location horizontal accuracy threshold for any geo-points captured, you can enter a numerical value (the distance threshold) in the body::accuracyThreshold column in the survey's xlsform. Please see the following resource for more information: Geopoints—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

Just to address the question about an alternative to the date scroller. You can use text fields to capture the time component if you prefer. I have attached a sample that enables the entry of 3 times as text and then adds each of them to the current date. I think this should help you achieve what you are wanting to do: GeonetTimes.xlsx

In the help you are referring to a query to update the directory paths, hard-coded in the database: UPDATE Surveys SET path = REPLACE (path,"/sdcard", "C:/Users/Me") where path LIKE "/sdcard%" In the query: "/sdcard" is the original IPhone path for the database. You can find it in the path field. "C:/Users/Me is the new path you have copied the database to on your desktop machine, and is what we want to update the path field in the s database to. The idea of the workflow is to re-send the surveys from a desktop version of the Survey123 field app (MacOS or Windows). I should highlight that above is only necessary if you have tried the Fix Database tool as per Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS - and it did not work. In this case, you would then need to use the query to manually update the paths (this is what the Fix database tool should have done). ----------------------------------------------------------- However, all of the above may not help you if the issue was a result of a schema change. This is because you still may not be able to send the surveys from the desktop version of Survey123. If this is the case you would need to bring the data into ArcGIS for Desktop and append the surveys to your existing data. I can provide more information on the steps if required.

Hi Dugan For reference - I have included the steps that you have requested. However the error message described could have a number of causes, including permissions or expired user credential issues. I would recommend taking a look at your logs too: Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGISFeel free to send them through to jhasthorpe@esri.com. Getting Surveys off the Device For Apple devices you will need to use to access the database through ITunes. However, ITunes will only let you see the ArcGIS folder and you will be unable to browse lower into the folder tree. Steps 1) Tether the device to a desktop machine. 2) In iTunes, select the device and then click apps. Scroll down the page, until you get to File Sharing and Apps: 3) Click on Survey123 and then select the ArcGIS folder 4) Click Save To, and choose a location on your machine. 5) Open this new folder (which will be called ArcGIS) and navigate to My Surveys => Databases. The database will be in the databases directory with a .sqlite extension. 6) You can then open .sqlite database in a database editor. An example editor is DB Browser for SQLite.

Hi Claire, pulldata essentially does a lookup against a .csv so is not the function you need. In your case, all you need is a select_one question (with appearance set to minimal). If you want to add new site names, all you need to do is to add new rows (site names) into the choices tab of your survey and republish. This will not result in any loss of data. I have attached an example. This should get you on the right track

Hi Claire - The only way to way to update the values (in your case site names) is to update the list and then republish the survey. For some workflows this is acceptable, for example if the site revisit time is not too frequent. Unfortunately it is not possible to dynamically update the list.
