For problem 1 - can you test the latest version of the beta app on EAC? The build is 1.17.23 and should address the issue. For problem 2 - Can you share the project and layers with the following user QCCreator. You will need to create a group and invite the user to the group (and share the project and layers with the same group). I'll test the project and confirm if this is a bug. Thanks John

@Anonymous User - QuickCapture does not need the map open in order to send features. Can you verify whether the user has autosend enabled in settings?

I'm assuming that you want to walk the boundary of the polygon you want to capture. If so you could use QuickCapture, Survey123 or Field maps to do this. Could you share an example of the issue you are seeing with your polygons captured with QuickCapture?

Hi - Can you confirm what the autosend interval is set in the app (check this in app settings). The default is to send every 30 seconds, and if this is enabled, features will be automatically uploaded 30 seconds (no user interaction required). Although auto upload does not happen when the map page is open, it does when the user is back in the project (button) page. Other reasons for uploads not happening, is the user being offline, or tokens expiring. From the message that you shared, it looks like your access token has expired. This should last for 2 weeks, but gets refreshed/extended each time you sign in or open the app. Can you confirm if: - The device has been offline for more than 2 weeks? This sounds unlikely form your description. - The app is opened in an area of poor network coverage? It could be that the token refresh fails. This would prompt the user to be asked to log in again. Thanks John

Hi - The length value calculated by the variable will be written to the captured record, but will not be visible in the QuickCapture app. One approach would be to use a link button to launch a web map. The user could then tap the feature and see the popup. Note that the feature would need to be sent/uploaded to QuickCapture in order for it to be visible in the web map.

The only way would be to create multiple feature service views for the users (each view would have the routes filtered on a field containing the assigned user name), then use multiple groups to share each view with the appropriate arcgis online user. If you add all the views to a single webmap and use this webmap as your QuickCapture project map => when the user signs in, they will only be able to see the view (route) that has been shared with them (in the map). I hope this helps.

Hi Remy I was able to reproduce the issue on an Android device (Redmi Note 11 Pro - Android 11). I believe that it is related to Android power saving. Please make sure that power saver mode is completely disabled and retest. Cheers John

Hi, Yes this is supported using QuickCapture link buttons. Take a look at the last section of this page that explains how to link from QuickCapture to Survey123. Essentially you can press a link button in QuickCapture, and pass values to specific questions in a Survey123 form. The user can then complete additional questions in the survey and then send it. Thanks John

Hi Andreas Do you need turn by turn navigation, or just for the user to see the route? If the latter, you can create a web map that contains a feature layer with the routes, and then use this as the project's map. If you need turn by turn directions, this is not currently supported in QuickCapture. Thanks John

Hi ZacJust I dont think this issue is related to Bluetooth permisions. But you should not uninstall the app, as this will remove the data. The logs are not too helpfull, so it would be great to take a look. Could you email quickcapture@esri.com so we can arrange a call?

30mph = approximately 44 feet per second. As GPS recivers typically update locations at 1hz (one update a scond), then it could be the issue that you are seeing. This would be the same for the internal reciever on your phone.
