Hi Dan Thanks for the survey - I was able to replicate the issue and it looks to the same bug. It is possible to stop the crash by removing the relevant statements inside the repeat. Because each one is doing a string-length calculation, this freed up some memory. Not ideal, but it will allow submission until we have a fix. Thanks John ... View more

Hi Sean An account should be assigned to a user and not a device - this how the named user licensing model works. With that in mind, it sounds like permissions have been changed for the survey or the user. Can you confirm if changes have been made and also share the error message they are seeing? Thanks John ... Hi Alison You are nearly there: please see the attached files. Essentially I have added a new field to the survey and given it the esriFieldType of GUID. Then I used pulldata to populate this question with a globalid based on the equipment type that was selected. Things you will need to modify: 1) Update the parentglobalid question name in the survey with the correct field name for the parentglobalid field in your table. This should be the child GUID field used in the relationship between featureclass and related table. 2) Remove the curly brackets from the .csv used by the pulldata function (attached) - these are not required. 3) Re-add the form id and submission urls in the form (I removed them so I could publish the form). Hi Ayelet To ensure that Spike integration works as intended on iOS, some system permissions need to be set. Both Survey123 and Spike need to have access to the camera.
