You will need to register survey123.arcgis.com with your portal. Please see: How To: Configure Portal for ArcGIS to work with survey123.arcgis.com Thanks John

Hi Joseph Can you try passing the coordinates in as a single coordinate pair, not two separate fields: center=43.567,-117.380 center={XY Field} Try creating a field that contains the coordinate pair (separated by a comma) and then update this. Thanks John

To sign into your portal in the Survey123 website, navigate to the following URL into your browser, with the provided example portal replaced with your own portal's URL. https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://exampleportal.esri.com/arcgis The website should open in development mode, with a message in the top bar listing your portal URL. Sign into the website with your portal credentials, and the website will now display existing surveys from the portal, and allow you to create new ones. Note that some functionality like publishing surveys from the website and custom printing require that the portal is publicly accessible. Thanks John

Hi Shannon - the Survey123 web development team actually work out of China and we are not aware of any issues regarding blocking of the app or ArcGIS services. You should be fine in this respect. Thanks John

Hi Doug - I can confirm that the media folder and contents should be copied over into the new survey. Please let me know what version of Survey123 you are using, because this is working for me. In terms of the download behavior you are seeing - this is what is expected: - You sign out - You see all surveys created by you or another username on your current machine - You sign in with username 1 - you see all local surveys that are unpublished and all those published by username 1. - You sign in with username 2 - you see all local surveys that are unpublished and all those published by username 2. The download icon indicates that the survey has been punished to AGOL/Portal by the user you are signed in as and can be downloaded/re-downloaded. The names of surveys in connect should be unique. If you are seeing something different could you please provide details of the steps you are using. Thanks John

Hi Joe If you you shared the survey in Collaborate/Viewer - Survey123 would have created a new feature service view (called surveyname_stakeholder). This is used to control access to the survey results page. Could you go to into ArcGIS Online and manually delete the view, then return to Collaborate/Viewer and re-share the survey to the group. This will ensure that all view permissions are set as expected by the Website. Please let me know if this resolves things. John

Hi Shana - I was not able to replicate this issue. Can you confirm the iOS version you are using and share your survey (if this is not the one you shared with me already). Thanks John

Hi Joe No this is not possible, but you can rename the file before submitting the survey through the field app UI. Just click on the default file name and write in the name you want. Thanks John

The easiest thing to do is make a copy of the survey using the 'create a survey' option in Connect. This will duplicate the survey (including all files) and you can give it the name that you want. You would then need to publish it as a new survey. Thanks John

Hi Shannon The Survey123 App and Webform UI is translated into Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) and Traditional Chinese (Taiwan). Language display is controlled by the locale of the device/browser you are using. You are also able to create different versions of labels and hints when authoring a survey and the user can switch to them in the form (or have Chinese as the default). Please see https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/11/16/introducing-multiple-language-surveys for more information on this. Will the user be using the field app or the web app (or both)? Thanks John

Hi Joe This sounds like this could be a permissions issue and that the users are unable to see features collected after a certain date. Where was the survey created (connect or the web) and have the permissions to the service or fieldworker/stakeholder views been updated? Can you go the collaborate page for the survey and re-share the survey with the group (in both submitter and viewer tabs) and then retest. Thanks John

Hi Kathryn Can you get the sqlite database off of the device (in ArcGIS\My Surveys\Databases) and attach it here. I'll see if anything can be extracted. Thanks John
