In previous versions of Survey123 the field length for select_one questions was set to be the max length found in the choice list. However, from version 2.7 the app sets the length of all select_one questions to be 255. This removes the need for setting the field length when there is a domain. Thanks John ... View more

Hi Mahdi I have taken a look at your survey and the issue looks to be that one of the column names in your external .csv contains both a comma and a question mark. The extra comma is breaking the .csv and the wrong values are being returned by the pulldata function. Updating the .csv should fix things. Thanks John ... View more

Hi David No - this is not working as designed, we have a bug open to allow What features can editors see? Editors can't see any features to be applied to on views. Hi Stephanie The Editors can't see features, even those they add permission disables the query capability for the feature service. Currently, the web app needs query in order to submit attachments to a public survey. We have an enhancement open for the web app to support the disabling of this capability in the near future (it requires a change to the way we submit surveys). Note that the field app has already had this enhancement applied, so you can disable query if using it for survey submission. However, the field app is affected by a bug that prevents submission of attachments to public feature service views when query is disabled. Thanks John ... View more

Hi Dion  Can you confirm the following: 1) The device you are using (model and OS version) 2) Ther version of Survey123 you are using 3) The version of Portal and ArcGIS Server you are using 4) Whether the feature service supports AttachmentsByUploadID? We made some improvements in this area, so if any of the attachments fail, then the survey should not be submitted. But this functionality depends on the service having the AttachmentsByUploadID capability enabled. Thanks John ... View more
