Hi @JohnGrogan1 , I have a pretty 'hacky' workaround to make something similar work, but it relies on the fact that there will always be only one query result (in my case I'm returning a point in polygon and there are no overlaps in the polygons). Let me know if you think this would be useful to you and I can message you directly with the details of the workaround. Regards, Brett

Hi @ArranGIS , I have not seen this specific error but have seen a number of other errors thrown during the create service process. I assume you're using the 3.13 version of the website installer, but will need much more info on the specifics of your Dev/Test and Prod environments (OS, ArcGIS Enterprise details, authentication method etc etc). I would recommend contacting Esri Support and submitting this as a bug. You'll receive an official bug number which you can then subscribe to on the Esri Support site. If the issue is reported by other customers it will be attached to the same bug report, which helps us assess the impact of the issue and prioritize it accordingly. Brett

The ArcGIS Survey123 website installer allows ArcGIS Enterprise administrators to host the Survey123 website and Survey123 REST API on their own infrastructure. As described in the Use Survey123 with ArcGIS Enterprise help topic, it is not necessary to deploy your own copy of the Survey123 website and REST API to work with Survey123 and Enterprise. However, there are a couple of reasons why you may want to consider the Survey123 website installer: Installing the Survey123 website and REST API is an excellent option if you need to configure Survey123 in an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment with limited or no internet access. You may also want to consider installing the Survey123 website for security reasons. For example, to keep Esri resource dependencies and network traffic within your own network. To learn more, check out the Use Survey123 with ArcGIS Enterprise help topic and the Understanding the Survey123 website installer blog post. We are pleased to announce the availability of the Survey123 website installer version 3.13, including a new Linux setup. Authorized ArcGIS Enterprise users can download the installer from My Esri. This release incorporates all the functional enhancements of the 3.13 Survey123 update, including support for the new address question type, web designer improvements and accessibility enhancements for web surveys. Check this blog post and the what’s new help topic for more details. The installer is now also available for Linux. The post installation assistant has been translated to ArcGIS supported languages for both Windows and Linux environments. Please note that Survey123 report services are not part of the Survey123 website installer. Incorporating report services into the Survey123 website installer is in our development backlog. For questions about accessing downloads in My Esri, please refer to the My Esri Community.

Hello @LarryWiebe , In 3.13 we have added image support in the Inbox (you can now view and add image attachments for existing features). You can read about the latest additions in this blog. As part of this implementation we now show the icon you're seeing when read-only image questions don't have an associated image attachment. It indicates that there is no image available to display (and you can't add one since the question is read-only). Since you're only using these questions to display a reference image (ie not capture any new images to submit with the survey), you should be using note questions. This is mentioned in the documentation: "Use a note question to display an image that is not associated with a question." If you change these questions from image to note it will display as expected in 3.13. Hope this helps, Brett

Hello @vijaybadugu , Ok, so you just don't want duplicate values in your choice list (even though they are in the local CSV file)? I guess the short answer is no - it's not coming in 3.13. I would suggest hosting the CSV as an ArcGIS CSV item as a workaround for now. The first search expression in your screenshot search('Stands_CSV','','UNIT_ID') looks incorrect - there is no point specifying a seachColumn value when there is no seachType specified. I'd also like to see a screenshot of your choices worksheet (or the whole XLSForm) in order to investigate this use case further. I don't think either of these things will impact the duplicate list values though. Brett

Hello @AlfredBaldenweck , No - it's not possible to do this in one question. Is sounds like you're already using the solution I would recommend (multiple questions). The main limitation is that the `media::image' column in the XLSForm does not accept variables (you can't set the svg image filename based on a previous question). Even if this was possible, your choice list would get mesy - it would need to contain all counties for all states (in your example scenario) with a choice filter set up. The scaling of the SVG in the form depends aspect ratio of the image and the device you're viewing it on. For example, a short & wide image would fit better when viewing on a desktop (or tablet in landscape orientation): compared with a phone (you'll get white space top and bottom): If you know what device(s) your survey will be used on then you can design your svg file accordingly. Otherwise I've found it's best to have a roughly square aspect ratio for you svg to work best on all devices. Hope this helps, Brett

Hi @vijaybadugu , can you please provide more details? I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. If you have duplicate list values in a CSV, they will all be displayed in the choice list (and be selectable) when using the search appearance. If you use the search appearance to populate a choice list dynamically from an existing feature layer with duplicate list values, only the first of the duplicate values will be displayed (and be selectable). Perhaps you could provide your XLSForm and CSV so I could get a better understanding of what you're trying to achieve? You could email directly to me using bstokes at esri.com. Brett

Hi @HaroldHerrera1 , No, it's not necessary to add a token to the URL you are using within your search() expression. You will need to be signed in (to Connect and/or the field app) with an account that has access to your feature service for this to work in your survey. Please confirm you're signed in and your account has access to the feature service. Brett

Hmmm, I'm not sure I fully understand what you're trying to achieve here. Think of the 'image-map' appearance in Survey123 as just a different way to display a choice list, then perhaps this is possible. Try setting up your survey to pre-populate a value (select_one or select_multiple) from the pop-up of a given feature. Once you get this working as you'd like, add the SVG image and 'image-map' appearance. Then the SVG image will be displayed with the existing data values highlighted (as configured in the SVG <path> elements). Brett

Hi @AlexanderRossel , OK, I understand your requirement now. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. We have a beta feature that allows a similar (but different) behaviour for repeats with point geometry only. You can see your repeated points on any map in your survey. See the Early Adopter documentation for details. Brett

Hello @WhitePlains_Planning , No, I don't believe this is possible. I think this would be better handled in the dashboad itself, since the Survey123 word cloud is just displayed based on the same data that the dashboard as access to. This has been mentioned as an idea for ArcGIS Dashboards in the past (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-dashboards-ideas/word-cloud-for-operations-dashboard-for-arcgis/idi-p/936572), it may be best to get behind this idea. Hi @michael_vetter , Sorry, I wasn't suggesting to create a survey for each route (you said there were at least 80 routes per quad, therefore over 320 routes right?). If you meant having a survey for each quad then yes, once each route has been updated and marked as complete, your inbox expression (eg Quad = 'NE' AND status='incomplete') would exclude that record from being loaded by other field workers. I don't think a webhook could be configured to only send an email once all records have been updated. The triggers operate on a per survey (record) basis. Webhooks can trigger when a new survey is submitted or an existing survey is edited. Brett

Hi @Mark_Johnson , I'm unable to reproduce the behaviour you're describing here. I tested it with 10.7.1, 10.8.1 and 10.9 portals and can manually place the pin and zoom/pan etc. If you share your xlsform, I can try to troubleshoot further if you like. Regards, Brett

Hi @michael_vetter , No, the inbox query is not dynamic and you can only set one query per survey. Your initial plan sounds like a good workaround. You could also try a username based approach where you create 4 new user accounts (one for each quad) and associate each route with a username. This would allow you to keep a single survey with inbox expression (something like Quad=${username}), and only the routes associated with that user (ie quad) would be loaded. Of course this would require the field workers to constantly switch between accounts if they are working on different quads. Hope this helps, Brett
