The latest (3.19.1) version of the Survey123 website installer has just been made available for download via the My Esri site.
The 3.19.1 version includes the fix for a high impact bug that was identified in the January (3.19) release, along with a JS API update:
- BUG-000165059 - assestsPath variable targets ArcGIS online when it should point to the local portal.
- Update ArcGIS JS API to 4.29.5
