On that particular screen, I switched over to our web adaptor server and uninstalled old/installed new and then came back and upgraded the hosting server. That screen didn't stay around long for me. I'm still not seeing this ability in Pro 2.9.0. I hope it can be added in. In my use case, I style and position text that has the data's source date for each keyframe. Would be nice if I could copy it to every keyframe and just change the text to the proper date instead of starting from scratch on each of the 20 or so keyframes. ... View more

Thanks for the tip @GregoryLehner !  This will be helpful. However, sometimes I tweak the color scheme if I get similar colors next to each other and want more contrast. If I go to alter the transparency under Format Color Scheme, it reverts the colors back and doesn't keep my new color choices. ... View more

This is possible in ArcGIS Online. When you click Symbols and then adjust the transparency on the slider, it affects their transparency without overwriting the colors. Please bring this option to Pro.   ... View more

Doesn't seem like this is solved. The layer transparency doesn't = the fill transparency. I'm running into the same issue. I want only the fill to be transparent, not the whole layer. I have 18 unique values, and to go into each color's color menu individually and set the transparency slider bar is a lot of clicks. There should be a way to do this in bulk with the format all symbols button without overwriting everything with the one color as Michael describes. Thanks for the ideas and links @OwenGeo. I tried recreating our August election results today. Going with map actions is the best option for me and worked out well. - I saw your comment elsewhere about URL parameters to hide the cover and header. I'm very happy to see this option. (FYI anyone else, add ?header=false&cover=false) - I'll echo what some others were saying about looking forward to improved text editing in the sidecar. For me, namely allowing multiple paragraphs to be in one text element instead of making a new one with that large space between them. - Someone else mentioned allowing the legend to be open by default. This would be nice. - I added our logo to the sidecar, but I didn't see an option to resize it. Would be nice. - I realize I'm trying to turn a scrolling-centric app into a one page app like Map Series, but would be great if the sidecar could set vertical alignment on the elements. I echo what the others are saying here. Map Series is great and I don't see a comparable in the new Story Maps. It's simple to make and simple to use. I tried to make a Collection today to see if it would work for us. I can only add new Story Maps, apps, or files. This makes it hard to recreate one of our main uses of Map Series, election results: Washtenaw County Official Election Results: November 3rd, 2020 (ewashtenaw.org)) Everything needs to be app-ified to be put in a Collection. That's a lot of app items that have to be created to be able to display one web map with different combinations of layers turned on and off. Map Series also allows you to embed a web page. I don't see a way to do this in Collections without having to create another app item just to house it. I could try rigging up something in Experience Builder, but that's not easy to make or maintain. Others in my organization could quickly pick up the Map Series Builder. FYI to people stumbling across this thread: I tried opening a 2.8.1 aprx in 2.7.3 and it warned me that the aprx was created in a later version of ArcGIS Pro and that anything that wasn't compatible (new functionality etc.) would be lost if I saved it in 2.7.3. When you accept, it opens it in the lower version. In my case, I was able to save it fine because it was a pretty simple aprx. ... View more
