Same here, two of our image questions are suddenly set to display none in the web form even when relevant conditions are met. The file question is fine.

I'm still not sure how it all works, but my workaround that's sufficient for my needs right now is that staff edits the record on the view through Survey123 (used Connect to build a survey off an existing feature layer view). The survey opens to that feature, they make the edit, and hit submit. I created a webhook off this new survey, so whenever there is a submission (an edit), the Make scenario runs. I wanted a more complex setup so they could edit in multiple environments, but I was only able to get it to work through Survey123.

@ThomasHervey1 I'd also like to be able to hide "Explore Feeds". I'm just making a static page to embed into another app, there's nothing for them to subscribe to and like Leigh wanted, I want to keep the page as simple as possible for my users.

Can someone explain how setting up a webhook on a hosted layer interacts with views on that layer? I'm trying to figure out if editing a layer through a view can trigger the webhook on the original hosted layer, but perhaps I'm just not setting it up correctly. Full situation: I have a hosted layer that is edited by the public (add features only, no features visible). That triggers a webhook upon feature creation to email staff. I now want the staff to edit that feature on a view (private, all editing enabled, all features visible), but I can't seem to get the webhook to trigger again. I'm thinking it won't work because they aren't editing the original hosted layer directly, but that would be disappointing as views are needed in a lot of projects to protect data.

Thanks for the quick reply! It's only been about a half hour, so I'll wait some more. Update: it never appeared, so I have a support ticket in that's still open

Hi @JoshBeaton , is this fixed? I removed my parcel fabric licenses from 10.9.1, but they're not available for adding into a new 11.0 file.

Hi @TimMinter and everyone, has anyone figured out how to get the EsriJSON to work in PowerBI without Power Automate? I also don't see a SHAPE field, only "rings" for my polygon layer. I'd like to just work with a JSON export from Pro, so hoping I don't need to jump through more hoops with portal and automate.

Upvoting this idea. I am also trying to make an app showing elected officials and it's disappointing when you have more than one layer in this app. You have to go with no symbology and no labels or else they all overlap each other. I want users to be able to see their neighboring districts at a glance with their selected one highlighted and everything labeled with district numbers.

Hi @HansVanLoy, I'm in a similar situation so here are some thoughts: - For Geocortex, are you using the new Series 5 viewer or Essentials? Are you registered with ArcGIS? Ours isn't, so we're limited to only accessing public ArcGIS Online content. Maybe once you register with it you can access secured services by saving credentials. - I liked your idea about sending an email with an edit link for the record they submitted. As this data would need to be publicly available to be edited, I could make this a new survey based on a view of the original layer that only has the Status field available (in my case, they just need to update the status to 'Completed'). While all the records would be available on the layer's Data page in ArcGIS Online, hopefully with only one field available and all the records filtered down to only include those projects this outside party is responsible for it would be an acceptable amount of risk for my customers. All of the private information would be hidden, someone might just tamper with the statuses on a subset of the full dataset. - Otherwise, the only way to lock it down is to have some sort of login. Crowdsource Reporter used to? may still? allow social logins, but other than that it's only ArcGIS Online identities. If we had the money, I would love to try out Hub to see if it would help in this situation as you can give logins to those outside your organization. I'm eager to hear if anyone else has creative solutions here.

Please implement this. I had to change my first username today as both their first and last name has changed and was surprised to see that this still isn't possible to do. Luckily, they only had a couple of items and was a straightforward switch, but it could get complicated fast if they had many folders of items and were in lots of groups.

New year, problem is still here. I can't even make a new view on the hosted feature layer to try and remake it. : ( Update: I deleted the view and tried to make a fresh, new one. Found a solution over here: Solved: Re: "Failed to create layerview for layer title: <... - Esri Community . If you allow "Editors to see all features", switch over to edit your view, and then turn it back to "Editors can't see any features, even those they add" I was finally able to edit a view. I wish you could do the administrative task of setting up a view without making the private information completely public (it's a public facing Survey123 survey).

I am also having the issue in ArcGIS Online on a hosted feature layer. I cannot edit an existing layer view nor create a new one. Unfortunately, your solution did not work for me, so I'm subscribing to this thread in case anyone else has any ideas. Update: Ah, it's not just turning it on and off. If you allow "Editors to see all features", switch over to edit your view, and then turn it back to "Editors can't see any features, even those they add" I was finally able to edit a view. Something about that blocks even you as the owner from seeing all the features so you can't even do the administrative task of setting up a view without making the private information completely public (it's a public facing Survey123 survey).
