Hi FieldMaps Team, I just wanted to circle back around on this. After recently working with QuickCapture, it appears this functionality is supported there! Maybe your team can collaborate with theirs to learn how they implemented this(?) just a thought! Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hello StoryMaps Team, It appears that map content blocks do not support turning on/off layers that are within groups in the Map Viewer: Is this compatibility issue on the roadmap and planned? Hope you're doing well! Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hello Dashboards Team, We recently became aware of this limitation which seems very fundamental. We currently have a map with 14 layers in it. We would like to use one map (one AGOL item) but configure it with some layers off/on in the dashboard. Currently I have not found a way to do this using one map. The apparent workaround is to have multiple different maps in your AGOL content then have those in your dashboard. This leads to a lot more overhead for admins to manage. I'm proposing that the Dashboard team looks into a similar feature as ArcGIS StoryMaps. In ArcGIS StoryMaps their maps offer the ability to turn on/off layers. This allows users to have one map but visualized different ways. Thank you for your time, Amanda Huber

Hi @SteveCole, We've used ArcGIS Online Assistant for tasks like these: https://ago-assistant.esri.com/ We've also had our dashboards break on upgrades. You can search for the dashboard you're looking to update> then say "I want to view the JSON"> Find your webmap's ID> then CTRL+ F to find all the instances of that ID in the JSON> Update all the locations of the ID with the new map ID and save. Make sure to check and make sure the dashboard works then (you may need to re-connect some actions, depending on the data. ) I would suggest cloning your dashboard and testing this workflow on a copy first. Hope that helps! Best, Amanda Huber

Hello Dashboards Team, We currently have a S123 that feeds into our Dashboard, the S123 collects a photo of the person and two sections for signatures. When adding the person's picture to our dashboard, we also get all the signatures. Is there a way to hide signature attachments? Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hello Dashboards Team, We recently utilized your Define Features tool within the category selector widget. We had a very long list of attributes to add, and realized it would be nice to have a batch editor similar to that of Survey123's. This would save a lot of time and effort for others with long lists to enter. Here's a screenshot of what Survey123's batch editor looks like: I'm happy to answer any additional questions. Thanks for your time and consideration, Amanda Huber

Hello ArcGIS Online Team, Please consider adding the "Edit" and "Share" item buttons to the ellipse menu when using the new AGOL search: Currently the workflow requires us to Search item> find item> view item details> then we're able to edit item or share- This is a little cumbersome when working with a few different search results/searches. Even better! If you could add these buttons directly to the item card from the search instead of having it hidden in the ellipse menu, that would be AMAZING! Please let me know if you need any more details. Best, Amanda Huber

Hello StoryMaps Team! We recently found ourselves editing an prior StoryMap and shaping it into something new. Upon editing the story it was tedious to move each element individually when you have multiple elements in a "section". Our idea- if there was a way to group or move multiple items in bulk that would resolve this issue! Here's a few screen captures of what we're looking for and the content "sections" we have: Thanks for your consideration! Hope you're doing well 🙂 Best, Amanda Huber

Hi Derek, Thanks for your quick response. Thanks for letting us know what you see on your end. We'll do more testing regarding the "site cannot be reached" error with our team and re-open the Esri support case regarding the login issue to see if we can get to the bottom of it. Thanks again! - Amanda Huber

Hello Monitor Team, Are you aware of any limitations when trying to view ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2 on a tablet/ipad or mobile device in desktop mode? I understand the screen size resolution requirements, this isn't what we're seeing. We're seeing a error that says "This site cannot be reached": We've tested this issue across multiple device OSs and browsers, same issue. We are able to reach this site on a desktop computer with no issues. We opened an Esri Support case for this but the case was closed and unresolved. Therefore we're reaching out here to see if anyone can provide us with additional information. Many thanks! - Amanda Huber
