Hi - When you tested on the field and other device, did you sign in using the same account? Could you do a screenshot of the user permission settings? Also what kind of error are you seeing? Hi Lorretta and Lea There have been a few related issues covered in this thread. So I'm thinking that you are talking about existing feature services without domains and labels not appearing. At the moment we don't have a workaround for this. Yes, you could use Arcade to address this issue. Here is a blog to get this working with select_multiple questions. This can be easily modified to get working with select_ones:: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/10/10/labels-for-multiple-choice-questions-using-arcade  Hi Shana To summarise, you are not using choice filters and not using existing feature services that lack domains. Therefore the labels for select one questions should be displayed when the feature service is viewed in a web map or the survey123 website. Can you confirm what you are seeing? Hi J  You can get Workforce to launch a Survey123 form and pass an ID to a specific field/question: Create your first project—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  You can then use this ID as the basis a Pulldata() function. These functions are used to do an ID based lookup on a .csv, and use returned values (from various columns in the .csv) to populate the questions. This is how you can populate a survey with existing data associated. Take a look at the following: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/10/27/the-pulldata-function-access-external-data for more information. The only issue is that you would need to create a static.csv that contains the values you want to pre-populate. This is because you can't use pulldata() against a feature service (we do have an enhancement request open for this though and I can add you to it - if this is what you need).
