Hey Ulf, Thank you for this additional context around the issue at hand. As I noted in another comment, the FAQ states that public accounts are not supported with Workforce. There may be different approaches for the temporary contractor scenario you've described, which is why the additional context is important. Thanks, Scott

To add to this, public accounts are not supported with Workforce based on this FAQ topic. This discussion can still be valid to identify common workflows and themes within customer projects. Please consider commenting to share your thoughts on this topic. -Scott

Hello Ulf, Thank you for submitting this idea. Could you provide an example of a project where a non-organizational contractor would need to use a personal account? Would this scenario be a user that does not use ArcGIS Online, and will not after working on the project at hand? This may diverge from Workforce specifically to a conversation about named users, so any additional information or detail on the workflows as they apply to the app will help us stay on topic. Thanks, Scott

Hello Alison, Thank you for submitting this idea. It looks like there is a lot of overlap between your idea and Add Dynamically Persistent Answers in Survey123. If the other idea does not cover your use case - where multiple separate surveys are collected with persistent contact information - please comment to expand upon what you want out of Survey123, and how your idea may differ from the one listed above. Thanks, Scott

Hello Jonathan, Thank you for submitting this thorough idea. To help clarify a little, do you find that the general idea of "favorite answers" is what you are interested in, but you need the ability to: Pick which questions in your survey persist, not all questions. Have the app automatically updates the "favorite answers" after each survey is submitted. To expand upon this request, who needs to have the ability to choose the relevant questions? Is this a need for the survey author at the time they are creating the form, or is it a need for the field worker that is determining which answers should persist? To all others, Please feel free to add a comment sharing your perspective on this request. How would this improve your current workflows? Thanks, Scott

Hello Joe, Thank you for submitting this idea and including the clear screenshot of the request. Could you provide an example of the type of question you'd include in your survey where a character count would be beneficial? Would this be for very short answers where you're looking for one or two words from the user, or longer responses where they may need to be more succinct? Thanks, Scott

Hello Mike, A lot of the questions in my post should be addressed before we can pin this issue on Collector alone. Could you provide more context on how security is configured for your services? Are you using HTTPS? Tokens? How is the web map configured and referencing your secured service (added to the web map directly, added as an item in Online/Portal with stored credentials, etc.)? Thanks, Scott

Hello Kristina, Are you unable to add new related records, or are you unable to see them listed as a related record when looking at the feature? When you add new point features which present this issue, is their GlobalID field populated? Feel free to share the service and web map with my account "scottprindle" and I will see if there is anything that stands out about the data or the relationship. If needed, we can also get a case created with Support to investigate this issue further. Thanks, Scott

Hello Artie, Survey123 for ArcGIS is free to use. However, it does require an ArcGIS Online organization (or Portal) to host and secure your surveys. If you already have an ArcGIS Online organization, there are no additional costs to begin using Survey123. If you do not yet have an account, the link above has instructions that will walk you through the creation of a free trial account in ArcGIS Online. You can use this trial to "kick the tires" and see what Survey123 has to offer. Let me know if you have other questions that aren't included in the link above! Thanks, Scott EDIT: Hosting of surveys in ArcGIS Online uses the credit model outlined here (under Service>Storage as feature services).

Hello Nick, Thank you for submitting this idea! When you say you want your users to be able to use their credentials from one Portal to sign in and use Esri Maps for Sharepoint, how will they be using the app? Do you mean you want them to be able to log in via their respective Portal, and have access only to resources within said Portal? If you can expand upon this request it can help us better understand what you need out of Esri Maps for Sharepoint. Others, When voting for this idea, please consider commenting to share your own use case for this functionality. Thanks, Scott

Hello Menno, Thank you for submitting this idea. In this scenario, are all assignments created at the beginning of the day, as opposed to real-time? How frequently do your field workers lose service and the ability to connect through Workforce? Others, When voting for this idea, consider commenting to share how this functionality would fit into your workflows. Thanks, Scott

Hello Jeffrey, Thank you for submitting this idea. Currently, the Replicas list can be used to identify the Replica ID of any orphaned replicas, and the unregisterReplica operation can be used to clean up the versions used during the sync process. If this is still an issue, consider contacting Esri Technical Support to determine what the exact cause of orphaned replicas and which versions of Collector may be affected. Others, When voting for this idea, please consider commenting to share your perspective on this topic. Thanks, Scott

Hello Barry, Thank you for submitting this idea. Is it just a timestamp that you'd like to include on the photo, or other information as well? Does the photo's EXIF data include the timestamp for possible post-processing? Others, When voting for this idea, consider commenting to share your thoughts or alternate workflows where this functionality would help. Thanks, Scott
