Hello NSWRFS‌, Thank you for submitting this idea! To clarify a bit, are you asking for the ability to continue streaming the collection of a line (helicopter's flight path) while ending the "active edge" or other subtype collection, and switching to another? Hello Ben, Survey123 for ArcGIS works with named users in the same way that Collector does. It is also possible to share surveys with other named users (through groups or your organization) as well as anonymously. The primary distinction between Collector and Survey123 is that they are map-centric and form-centric respectively. As I mentioned in my last post, Collector requires an existing data model and is generally approached from existing GIS data that you'd like to enhance with field work. Hello Ben, Thanks for sharing this detailed example. Currently Survey123 offers this functionality, where the multi-select is stored as comma delimited text in a resulting feature layer. However, desktop applications like Pro and ArcMap present the resulting field as text, so the multi-select is somewhat obscured. Are you able to create forms for use in Survey123 for these projects? Since Collector is designed to consume data that has been created through these desktop applications and other means, their inability to author these at this time puts a limit on what Collector can consume. Survey123 supports this data model because the generation of the dataset begins with XLSForms, and XLSForms define this question type. I did a brief search but didn't find any existing ideas asking for this same functionality in ArcGIS Desktop. If Survey123 cannot be used for your projects, please consider creating a new idea requesting the same multi-select functionality in ArcGIS Pro. What does the data model look like, how do you envision all components of your data (attribution, attachments, related records, etc.) fitting into this report? Do you want something that can be printed (similar to what Ismael described above for Survey123) or incorporated into an application to summarize all non-spatial information? Hello Hillary, The links from my previous comment should help resolve any issues you're encountering with orphaned or other problematic versions. You will want to manage replicas through the feature service that created them, since there are dependent versions that get created to manage what is sent/received during the sync process. The replicas resource should show information about which replicas remain open (and will ultimately cause issues with your automated scripts), as well as other identifying information. The unregisterReplica operation will unregister whichever replica ID is supplied. Collector uses this operation when data is removed from a device. If Collector is unable to send that request to the server, or it fails for any reason, then the replica will appear to be orphaned, along with all version associated with it. After all replicas have been unregistered through REST, the scripts you have configured should work as designed. But before we attempt to reconcile and post or delete versions in Desktop or directly in a DB, the replica must be taken care of. Thanks, Scott ... View more

Hey Ulf, Thank you for this additional context around the issue at hand. As I noted in another comment, the FAQ states that public accounts are not supported with Workforce.
