I am trying to create a form to function as a sign in sheet for an event where the surveyor enters some static data into the survey about that particular event and then people "sign in" via repeating questions. Is there a way that I can have the static data in the repeating question's results table? I see that they are related with a parent ID, but that makes it difficult for us to query and get back the results we need in the survey 123 site. Ultimately I need to be able to query by name and get a flat table of all the times they have signed in and any of the relevant event information. We are also collecting signatures, so need to be able to access those if needed as well. Thank you in advance for any help on this. -Aaron

Owen, Thank you for the reply. That is not exactly what I am experiencing in the application. Here is a sample I am working with: https://famis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Cascade/index.html?appid=4c4e1b9785c8481387d8c4c9014a6ba2 The first video has been added inline, and it works (thanks for that tidbit). We are continually having issues with content in Cascade maps that give you "Media Not Supported on Mobile". Most recently You Tube videos are giving us this message. Previously they worked just fine. Does anyone know what factors are going into this decision, and if it is possible to override that restriction? Thanks in advance for any help. Best, Aaron

Donna Buhr I do have one more question. Is it possible to get the full street address of locations when using the Business and Facilities Search function in BAO? Right now I can get the location pinned, and I get the street it is located on, but not the property number. Thank you again for your help answering these questions.

Donna, Many thanks for the reply!. Great to know the limitations of the Locator Report. Ultimately we would like to be able to search for specific types of business and create a report very similar to the Locator report, but with contact information and categorized by business type. These reports can then accompany other data in a property information report aimed at prospective buyers. We use the Business Search function for other applications, and that works wonderfully. It would be great to have the option to export that out to a report in addition to excel. Thanks, Aaron

I am using Business Analyst Online to create a report of Businesses surrounding a point. Out of all of the pre-made reports, the Business Locator is the closest to what I would like to deliver. Is there a way for me to customize how this report is set up? I would like to limit the scope of the search based on specific NAICS or SIC codes and categorize the report based on those codes. Also curious if there is contact info available for businesses in your data. Thank you in advance for your time. -Aaron
