Hello Sean, A client application (Collector, Web AppBuilder, configurable apps, etc.) will be designed for a specific task. As you mentioned, Collector is one of the clients that exposes editing of related records. Other comments likely point to ArcGIS Online applications that offer this editing capability as well. Based on this last comment, there appears to be another issue with your data model that only popped up when you got to editing through REST. Could you share more about the relationship class (primary, foreign keys, cardinality, etc.) of the initial dataset you were working with? How many feature classes are related to this same table? How did you rebuild this dataset, and what are the date field issues you've come across? Do you have Editor Tracking or Ownership-Based Access Control enabled on these layers? -Scott

Hello Samuel, Thanks for sharing this workaround you've come across. Would you be willing to expand on the scenarios where you need to turn off the basemap in Explorer? Is the basemap unnecessary, or is it causing issues with the display of your dynamic layers? What types of projects do you currently do where the web map is better understood without a basemap? Thanks, Scott

Hey Anthony, The second line about commenting when voting is meant for everyone else on Geonet, to ensure we fully understand the use cases where this would be helpful, we need more perspectives. I apologize my comment structure wasn't very clear there. I've edited it for a little more clarity. Thanks, Scott

Hello Samuel, Thanks for submitting this idea! Just to clarify, are you looking for an option to revert to the previous basemap in your web map, or to remove the basemap entirely from the map? Could you share a workflow or use case for this functionality? When voting for this idea, please consider commenting to share your own use case where this behavior would aid or improve your workflows. Thanks, Scott

Hello Jessica, Thank you for submitting this idea! In your experience with long surveys, what scenarios could cause a field worker to revisit an earlier portion of the survey? Would the need to go back be better handled by a scroll bar/shortcut as you've discussed, or a https://community.esri.com/ideas/12525? Any context you can provide will help us better understand the issue you're encountering where this idea would apply. When voting for this idea, please consider commenting to share your workflows or perspective on this functionality. Thanks, Scott

Hello Nejib, Thank you for submitting this idea! What is your goal in showing a dynamic title in this way? Are the household surveys in your example very long, or do the field workers use these fields as a reference for other questions/the conversation at hand? When voting for this idea, please consider commenting to share how this would benefit your workflows. Thanks, Scott

Hello Marco, Thank you for submitting this idea! On a device when the buttons appear this way, are field workers accidentally discarding changes, or having a mix of incorrect choices? When voting for this idea, please consider commenting to share your perspective. Thanks, Scott

Hello Grace, Thanks for submitting this idea! Could you expand upon your use of the Survey123 website as opposed to Survey123 Connect? Do you have multiple users creating surveys through the site, or is it the ease of use vs. XLS forms? Can you provide an overview of the type of survey you would create on the website, where the pulldata() function would be useful? Any additional feedback you can provide on the choice of the Survey123 website would be helpful! When voting for this idea, please consider sharing your own perspective on the use of the Survey123 website in the development of more complex surveys, or the pulldata() function in survey creation. Thanks, Scott

Hello Brent, Thank you for submitting this idea! To clarify, is this functionality for your user to set their own default values, rather than setting these when the form has been authored? Would they be setting individual defaults for each question, a default template for all values at once (similar to favorites right now, but without the steps to populate from favorites)? Can you provide an example in your current projects where this functionality would help your users? Thanks, Scott

Hello George, Thank you for submitting this idea. To clarify your request, are you saying you'd like to change the location where your XLS Forms and associated files are saved when creating a survey? What is your current workflow when you find that an admin needs to modify an existing survey to republish? Thanks, Scott

Hello Geo, This can currently be done in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS using a "select_one" question type and setting your choices to contain the quantitative value for the "name" (ex. 1-10) and the qualitative value for the for the "label" (ex. Extremely likely, somewhat likely... etc.). This question type defaults to text, so if you'd like this scale to be recorded as an integer the bind::esri:fieldType can be set to esriFieldTypeInteger. To clarify, are you requesting this kind of control in Survey123 Web (https://survey123.arcgis.com)? If so, I would recommend looking into Survey123 Connect as a way to extend your surveys. XLS Forms offer a lot of customization, and allow you to develop more intricate surveys. Thanks, Scott
