Thanks Tara, much appreciated! I actually came up with exactly the same method as you describe. Works fine for us!

Thanks James! I've tried your suggestion by creating a new survey from the published feature service (AGOL) that I used for the Collector map. I enabled the Inbox and now find my newly added features from Collector in the Inbox. After editing though I get a Send Error: "Code 1000, The given key was not present in the dictionary." I'm not sure if this refers to ObjectID or GlobalID. Any idea how to solve this?

Hi nhesp_gis, I'm wondering if you managed to make this work. I am facing the same issue and applied the GlobalID method as described here in this thread. However, the GlobalID that is generated for new features in Collector is not the same as the GlobalID that is copied to the survey. For existing features in Collector it works perfect, but just not for new features. Somehow it seems that a different GlobalID is generated in Collector upon submitting my new feature data. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the next release. One remark: the installation file is missing the ESRI digital signature, so Windows and AVG did not trust the file. Might be worth fixing.

Same problem here, but using AGOL instead of Portal. It worked before, opening the correct S123 form from a point feauture service in Collector and even prepopulating several fields, but since a few weeks I'm unable to have the custom url open any survey form. When I click the link in Collector S123 for ArcGIS opens and briefly flashes the 'Survey not found' message before trying to download the survey (which I already downloaded). Then it hangs trying to download. I'm using all the latest versions of S123, Collector, S123 Connect. The url I'm using: arcgis-survey123://?itemID=103fd698dadb485a9dc82313b4d02639 I've tried many things based on the information I found in the discussions here: changing the survey author sharing the survey as public or sharing in specific groups trying form different AGOL user accounts trying with a complete new survey in S123 trying Windows/Android/iOS Any suggestions?

Hi Scott Prindle, Thanks for your comment. We intend to use Workforce for a vacant building census this year and later also for our household surveys and possibly the 2020 population and housing census. Normally we assign our fieldworkers all of their assignments before starting fieldwork, and make adjustments along the way. With Workforce we will be able to create their assignments on a daily basis or in real-time, based on their production and depending on internet services availability. We're not sure yet if we will be able to work online at all in the field, but if we are able to work online service will be lost in parts of our island. Also, fieldworkers will not report in the office on a daily basis, so that's why we're interested in using Workforce for monitoring and assignment purposes. Thanks! Menno

For our fieldwork purposes it would be very useful to be able to keep using the workforce mobile app when being offline. We assign enumeration areas including building points to our fieldworkers to collect data on living accommodation vacancy. Our fieldworkers will be offline from time to time during fieldwork, but need to be able to choose their next assignment, register start and finish, and use an offline basemap in workforce while offline.

I've made several thematic layers in ArcGIS Pro (1.3.1) that each visualize an indicator on neighbourhood level (Curaçao Census 2011). Each layer uses the same source feature class, but visualizes a different indicator. I've done all the mapping (symbology, classification, legend, pop ups) in ArcGIS Pro and want to share the layers on our ArcGIS Online organizational account in order to make a web application with these layers. Initially, sharing the layers as web layers (features, not tiles) copied everything to AGOL, except the pop-ups. But when I try to share my layers now the symbology appears erroneous in AGOL; all of the neighbourhoods seem to be in the 'Not available' class (see attachment for larger image): The legend and the pop-ups however do appear in my web layers, but don't seem to be related to the underlying attribute table: the data value in the pop-up that should be read from the attribute table is missing in the pop-up. Likewise, the customized text from my pop-up is nowhere to be found in the 'configure pop-up' option in AGOL. I used manual breaks for the classification and don’t want to do the classification all over again for each layer in AGOL. The same goes for the pop-up customization. Does anybody have any idea what could be the problem?
