Ah ok. Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately thats not quite what we are after. We need a way of the user actually owning those features so that we can make use of the settings I mentioned above. I.e. making those features their own features. Do you know if there is a way to do this? Or what key is used to define actual ownership of features in AGOL? many thanks

Hi David, Thanks for your reply. So each user has a unique username when they create their AGOL account. Is this what you mean by the user ID? Is this the unique key that AGOL uses to recognise ownership of features? Or is there something else working in the background? For example, if I changed the Creator field in a feature layer from one username to another, would the second user then be able to pick up those features if the underlined settings below were toggled on? Thanks. Rob

Does anyone know if there is a way of linking existing data to user accounts? We have a number of staff and community users submitting data via Survey123 and Field Maps, which is then associated to their user accounts. However many of those users were active recorders with us prior to us moving to ArcGIS, and so I am wondering if there is a way to link the data to those users so that they become the 'owners' of those individual features. This would then allow them to see this data along with data now being collected in the views we have set up for just their own data. Thanks

Hello @ZacharySutherby , thank you for the rapid response. I've updated the code based on your suggestion and the latest github entry and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks for all of your help.

@JonathanMcD I presume they have used the Styling tab within the Filter? I agree though, it would be good to be able to set default behaviour to follow the layer's symbology rather than the blue points.

We have a Survey123 form for collecting wildlife observations from pond surveys, created in Survey123 Connect but designed to be accessed through a web browser. The form contains a repeat to allow for multiple species observations at a single pond. If the form is accessed via a direct link and opened in the browser, the repeat bar floats on the page and can be seen when the user is anywhere within the repeat (see image below). Floating repeat bar However, if we use the Survey Card in ArcGIS Hub Premium to link to the survey (using the Feature option), the repeat bar no longer floats and so the user has to scroll back to the top of the repeat each time to add a new record. Is there a way around this? For reference, the survey URL would be something like https://[hub web address]/feedback/surveys/[itemid of survey form]/explore Repeat bar when survey accessed via ArcGIS Hub Premium Feature option selected in Survey card settings I appreciate the workaround would be to link to the Survey123 differently so that it is opened in its own browser tab, but for consistency we would like to keep it within our ArcGIS Hub site. I have also tested this using the Embed option of the Survey card, and the issue does not apply in this scenario (i.e., the repeat bar floats with the repeat). Similarly, a workaround here could be for us to create a separate hub page, embed the survey form on it and link to it rather than using the Feature option, but this is not our preferred route if there is a way to fix the behaviour. Tested in Chrome and Edge.

@Lindsay , if I understand your suggested setup correctly, then even if you have 3 ExBs in a Gallery, the logged in user will only see the items in that Gallery that are shared to them (i.e. via a Group). We do something similar, where we have 60+ webapps for different regions, all dynamically linked to a Gallery card. However the user logged in only sees the 1 or 2 webapps that are accessible through their group/Supporting Team membership. Hope that helps!

I am trying to set custom Terms of Use on the sign up form in the Advanced Settings for ArcGIS Hub Premium. I am pressing Save, and it is seemingly saving. However on revisiting the page, the custom terms have reverted to the previous ones, and all of my edits have gone. Does anyone know if there are any character limits or limitations on using html in these terms of use?

Hi @GeorgieTrebizo Just to confirm that your solution to the latest issue was correct! Esri had incorrectly set us up with a Community subscription rather than an Organizational subscription. It's now been fixed. Thank you for your help.

This is now resolved. The issue was due to our subscription being set up incorrectly by Esri as a Community Subscription rather than an Organizational subscription.
