Yes, The user is also in the group for workforce. We solved the issue, when the user was clicking on the project from the Workforce project list it was trying open the project from a non secure link "http" when we changed the link to "https" voila....it opened. Looks like there was an administrative security setting on the organizational end for the invited user that needed to be checked for AGOL content to open in "https" only.

I have a worker from outside of our organization assigned as a Dispatcher who get the following error when trying to open the project "Unable to open project". I have two other members from the same organization as Dispatchers and their accounts are working fine. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this?

I am getting an error message when adding a new mobile worker saying "Unable to add user" when attempting to add them. The user is coming form outside our organization, however I have several other workers from that organization as mobile workers, I checked with the AGOL admin from their org. and their roll/privileges/settings are the same as the others from the organization. Any thoughts on trouble shooting this?

I have been having some difficulties adding new workers from outside of my organization (specifically one organization) into my project. AGOL user names from this organization will not populate the "Organization user" however I am able to add them from a file ("Only search for users in my organization" is unchecked and the accounts I am trying to add are set to "Everyone") . This has led to another problem, some users are already members of the project but I need to add them again to another roll but when I try to add them from a file in a second roll I get the following response:"...workers will not be added, users are already workers in the project". I am also having this issue when trying to add existing workers within my organization with a new roll. Any thoughts on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated

I recently had an issue with a form where a calculation that used a field that was set to Null gave an unintended answer for a critical field and I didn't catch the error until several hundred surveys were submitted (the curse of a tight time frame to finish the form and limited beta testing). Fortunately I was able to pull the SQLite database off of all the collection devices and get the Null values and recalculate the filed in the database. The Sent Surveys provides a great back up if something goes wrong, it would be a nice enhancement to allow the form manager to disable or password protect the "empty" button in the Sent surveys box/tab (or have a warning window pop up) to ensure users don't intentionally or unintentionally delete all of their sent surveys.

Is there a way to configure a work for project so that multiple users can invite others to the project, i.e multiple project managers? As far as I can tell only the user who created the workforce project can invite new users. Group rolls seem to have no effect on user privileges in Workforce.

I finally found the answer! You need to define the form_id under settings in the .xlsx file to be that of the related table (I had been trying to specify this in the submission URL). The trap visit form displays all the data previously collected but in read-only format, the only thing that can be edited is adding a new repeat, so I am not too worried about things going wrong, but I do see some advantages with your methodology especially with the update/editing workflow I am aiming for. I'll have to think about it for future forms. I may have to give up and just have the lab techs update things in the table but it is not a very elegant or user friendly approach, if my idea of doing this in S123 doesn't pan out I may just have them edit in ArcGIS Pro. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your suggestions Doug, maybe in future forms but the ship has already sailed on this one, the first two parts have been implemented and have been working great, the inbox is able to handle multiple forestry techs and is easily searchable.... For the third part I was trying to go the AGOL route but I need to search on the Specimen ID which is in the related table and I have not been able to figure out search and edit directly in the table which isn't all that user friendly.

Is it possible to have a form just submit to the related relevant table within a feature layer created by a form? The scenario I am trying to make happen involves insect trapping... A "Trap Deployment" form collects site location and information when a trap is deployed. A second from called "Trap Visit" with the same submission url allows the user to open previously submitted deployments via the inbox and view site data collected with the "Trap Deployment" form and then add information about the visit within a repeat (related table) called Visit. One of the fields in the repeat is a Specimen ID bar code. Containers containing specimens are then sent to our lab where staff need to identify and update the related table with the species name and a few other fields contained in the feature layer. I am trying (without success so far) to create a third form that will be opened from the inbox where our lab technicians can search the inbox for the correct bar code and update the Visit record with species info. Thanks for the post Ismael! This was very timely with a form I've been working on. However Survey123 doesn't seem to be reporting the correct USNG cell for my location. Please see accompanying images for the same location in Survey123 and in an AGOL web map. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or there is a bug.

Hi Stefano, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately without knowing the value of the field that was used in the pulldata calculation (since it was set to Null in the form) I do not know what value to calculate for each record using ArcGIS pro. I think accessing the sqlite.db from each device is the only solution, kind of a huge nightmare but hopefully solvable.
