This is quite strange. I was able to publish your form ( I had to clear the submission url) and test the report. It worked all fine for me (See attached PDF). This may be either a temporary problem or something specific to your environment. If the problem persist, could you open a Tech Support incident so an analyst can help with diagnostics?

Create a PNG file (dont make it bigger than 512 by 512 to keep the size low For example: I downloaded gardener.png from FlatIcon Copy it into the media folder of your survey In the body::esri:style, for your geopoint question, reference the PNG file as shown below Download and test in the mobile app Gotchas: You were looking at the wrong help topic section. The correct help topic section is called Geopoint symbology here: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/geopoints.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_DF5D4AC0546B4DACBBCA6B11F12090E9 Geopoint symbology and overlays are different things. The above will work in the mobile app. Will not work in the web app Make sure the name of the file you reference in the XLSForm matches exactly the name of the file you copied to the media folder The PNG file is placed horizontally centered at the location but vertically, it uses the bottom of the PNG. If you want to center your PNG exactly at the location, use the x y parameters as follows: symbol=gardener.png?x=0.5&y=0.5

Things to check for: The map must use the Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere projection Check to make sure the web map is shared appropriately Double check the itemID specified in map=XXX

Hi. Using Survey123 Connect, you can make a survey target a feature layer of your choice. Check out this help topic: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/survey123withexistingfeatureservices.htm specifically, the Author a survey that matches a feature layer section describing how to use the submission_url and form_id XLSForm settings.

Hi. pulldata("@layer") may work for you. Here is some background info: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-pulldata-quot-layer/ba-p/1224415 I attached an example below for clarity. To use the example: Create a survey in Connect from the XLSForm Publish the form Once the form is published, replace the URL of the feature layer URL in K3 to target your own survey layer. Make sure the layer has query capabilities enabled Publish again and submit Hope it helps.

Hi. I wonder if there is something in your browser cache that is causing the problem. Try with a different web browser and/or clear your browser cache. If the problem persists, please connect with Esri Tech Support so an analyst can look at it. This looks very specific to your environment.

There a number of resources to help you with this: This help topic describes how to use the center parameter to set the geopoint question in your survey The trick here is to be able dynamically populate the XY coordinates of your map feature. Follow this Tech Support article to learn how to do that with Arcade. I recorded this video to put it all together.

The pulldata("@layer") function will not help you with that. @ChipMorgan65 I have run into that one too sometimes. Very annoying! Try closing the app, deleting survey and downloading again... If things do not clear... reinstall the app or rename the JS file. I personally do not know what conditions make the JS files be so sticky.

@MuneerMajid1 You will need to publish the feature service twice and configure the capabilities of the feature services differently.
