Hi Cristian In my comment above I was referring to the process of publishing a survey in Connect, then moving the form/service to another directory and then trying to republish the survey from Connect. This is not recommended. In terms of cloning surveys things may be a little different. Can you share the process that you are using to clone the surveys and move them to another portal? Are you republishing the services too, or are the forms pointing to an existing service? Thanks John

Hi Ayelet The issue is that you are using a + to concatenate your string: ${RoomSize} + " Sq ft" The webform requires that you use concat(), so please try the following: concat(${RoomSize}, " Sq ft") Cheers John

Hi Johan Can you also check the service permissions to make sure that you can add new features: If the service permissions are OK, can you share the survey .xls and I will see if I can replicate. Thanks John

Hi John In 2.7, a change was made to prevent questions with calculations that were also not relevant from submitting data. At the same time questions are not conducting calculations when becoming relevant. This appears to be causing the issue you are seeing. This behaviour will be corrected in a future release of Survey123. Manual refreshing of the referenced question (when the field_17 question is relevant) will be needed for now. Cheers John

Hi Don What devices are the users having issues with (model and OS) and what version of the field app are you using? Note that this error may occur when the survey includes a large .tpk and the device enters screen lock/sleep during the download process. Is this the case your users? Thanks John

Hi Gee Yes read only text questions are displayed in the same way as notes and you can de-select a select_one question (in case you want to submit a null value). This is all expected behaviour. Thanks John

Hi Johan Can you confirm that this affects a specific survey or multiple surveys? It looks like the permissions on the feature service may have been changed to not allow new features to be added. Can you go to the feature service item in ArcGIS Online and check the service permissions? Thanks John

Hi Juma By default the feature service that you submit your survey to is secured by token access. However the local data on the device is not secured and nor is the access token used to gain access to the service. Is this what you are referring to? We have enhancement requests open to secure/encrypt data and access tokens on the device - but for the time being we recommend the use of a mobile device management system (MDM). This could amongst other things, wipe the device if it was lost. Thanks John

Hi Nathan Yes that is correct. The web form does not support editing and Survey123 does not support lines or polygons. We have enhancement requests open to add this functionality to a future release. I'll add your details to the requests. Thanks John

Hi Jordon You can create a survey from an existing feature service as explained under: Generate a survey from a feature service - Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS . This will create a survey that contains all fields in the feature service, you can then delete the ones you don't need from the xls and publish the survey. Only the fields/questions in the form will be submitted to. Thanks John

Hi April For Survey123 removing or renaming a user will have no impact on existing/previously submitted data. New data will contain the new name and existing data will contain the original name. You are safe to make the update. Thanks John

Hi Nathan All you need to do is enable the inbox on your survey. This will enable users to access and edit previously submitted survey data. To do this you will need to go into the connect settings for your survey and republish it. For steps on this please see: Prepare for editing existing survey data—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Cheers John
