Hi Dan  It looks like you have fixed layer 0 in the feature service. But the form is actually targetting layer 1 (check the form_id in the settings tab). If you fix layer 1 (i.e. enable applyEditsWithGlobalIDs) you will be able to submit successfully. Thanks John ... View more

Hi Miguel I have attached an example survey that shows how to get the lat and long from the geopoint and write them to text questions. I'm not sure what you mean when you say: The geopoint within the repeat does not generate anything in the corresponding related table, which sort of makes sense Could you share your survey?
