Hi Naomi You can now edit the attributes of polygons in existing feature services, but you can't edit/capture geometries. Additionally, you can't publish a new survey with a GeoShape (polygon) question included. If you wanted to do anything along the lines of updating polygon attributes based on the points they intersect, then you should look at the new JavaScript functionality (currently in Beta). Hi Erick I tested your survey and it works - apart from the fact that the service id has a strike-through (due to the fact the value is not in the choice list): The only thing I modified was the survey ID. Hi Jim Yes, the domain description and the survey's choice Labels are being matched. Sorry, I misunderstood you. As you say, spaces in the labels of choice lists are supported. This looks to be a bug with Collector as it is not handling the space in the URL correctly. Could you raise this as a bug with support, so we can attach a customer to it? Thanks John ... View more

HI Savannah I have taken a look at your data. I was not able to move a point in the view (due to permissions), but I could see your example point. Could you try deleting the field_worker view item in AGOL. Then re-share the survey through the collaborate page of the survey123 website (this will create a new view).
