Hi Dave, We are curious too as per your post. We upgraded our ArcGIS Enterprise to 10.9.1 successfully last week, which includes Server, Portal, etc. I am assuming we need to go ahead and install this patch for future updates, but I would like to get confirmation from Esri. Thanks for posting on this topic. Regards, Jay

We are going to upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise from 10.8.1 to 10.9.1. When I try to create a new Server authorization file in My Esri, I don't see any option to choose ArcGIS GIS Server Advanced in Step 2 (Select Server Licensing Role). I only have the option to choose Workflow Manager Server Standard in Step 2. When I worked through the remaining steps, I created an authorization file (since canceled) which only showed an authorization number for the Workflow Manager component. There was no Server Advanced authorization number listed as I have seen in the past. Is this correct? Upgrade is scheduled for tomorrow.

I switched to SHA256 and the checksums validated. Many thanks!

Hello. I just downloaded the Server, Portal, Web Adaptor and Data Store install files for our Enterprise upgrade going from 10.8.1 to 10.9.1. When I ran the checksum routine in Powershell (How To: How and when to use CheckSum (MD5) (esri.com)), the values posted in the My Esri download page and the returned Hash values are not the same, not even close for each install file. 32 characters in length returned via MD5 vs 64 characters observed in the My Esri file download page. I used both Powershell and Powershell x86, same result. Advice?

Thank you. The survey folder was still on my local drive. Once I deleted that folder, the survey name became unique again.....sigh.

I am using Survey123 Connect 3.13.239, and receive this error when naming a new survey. How is this name not a unique survey name? See screenshot. If I add another character (number, underscore, letter) at the end of the string the error message goes away. By the way, we are having numerous publishing issues with this version of Survey123 Connect and are now working a support ticket with Esri support.

Further to my comment back in May, adding a legend that is tied to the pin colors/attribute would be needed as well. I am hoping this happens! Thank you.

Hi Craig, Yes, through the web app in Windows via a browser. I open our Enterprise portal in the Edge browser, click on the "box of dots" in the upper right next to my user credentials, select Workforce from the grid of apps, then select one of the Workforce projects to open. This is when/where the "Unable to open...." issue would occur if it does occur. The issue occurs sporadically, usually having several months pass by between events. Our IT confirmed no patches, updates, etc. hit our ArcGIS Enterprise servers the night before. I do not recall if we have tried other browsers (Firefox, Chrome) when this issue occurs, but we can, should it happen again. I did clear my browser cache, but the issue remained. Thank you for your assistance, Jay

Good morning gents, My apologies I was not clear enough as this occurs when I open a Workforce project in Windows 10 on my laptop. I did not bother trying to open the app on my android phone. Thank you for the work arounds and troubleshooting tips, but it seems simpler to reboot Portal and Server. I will pass along this information to our IT group for future troubleshooting should the issue arise again. Regards, Jay

We are receiving this error - again - when we attempt to open a new or migrated Workforce project (Enterprise 10.8.1). The last time this occurred we contact Esri Technical Support, but no cause could be identified. We were able to restore functionality by rebooting our servers. Any ideas on why this happens randomly, and without warning, and how to prevent it from happening?

Hello. When this has happened to me, and after trying the same troubleshooting you have performed, I ended up rebuilding the web map. And/or, I have had to scrap the Workforce project and start from scratch. I assume something somewhere was corrupted, but have no root cause(s) identified.

Check this option in each of your ArcGIS Enterprise Group settings (see screen shot). We experienced the same issue as described above. We think when a group is set up, only group owners and managers can contribute by default.

Hi Scott, We authenticate using Windows and Active Directory. In Enterprise, users can create their own built-in accounts now, that was turned off. My AGOL screen looks like this: If I place my Windows credentials in the script command line, the script authenticates, reads the CSV file, and then throws an invalid token error suggesting an issue with the geocoder.
