I got mine to work by just using an img tag in the HTML Source section of the custom popup configuration window. Here's the code that I used: <img alt="picture" src="{Images}" style="width:231px;height:158px;" /> Where {Images} is the field that contains the URL of the photo. Hope that helps!

Hi Cindy, I hope I'm understanding what you're asking, in which case there is an easy solution. When the attribute table is open in the web map, click on the triple bar icon in the top right and, when a feature is highlighted, click "Center On Selection". See screenshot: Sometimes it seems to actually change the zoom scale for me, other times it only centers on the selection, but in that case you can just scroll in. Does that help? Alternatively, you could share the web map as a web app. In the attribute table view in a web app, there is an option to "zoom to". -Katherine

Thanks for clarifying, Derek. So there is no way to customize the dashboard beyond the WYSIWYG interface?

Hello, I have run into a limitation with the category selector in operations dashboard, which is also described in this post: https://community.esri.com/ideas/15955-more-query-operators-for-the-category-selector-in-arcgis-online-operations-dashboard Is it possible to customize the dashboard with WAB Developer Edition to manually fix this limitation? If so, how would I go about doing that? Thanks for any insight.

So, I really don't know anything about web development coding (trying to learn), but I did find this HTML snippet by using the Developer Tools in Google Chrome. This portion of the HTML pertains to the header that contains the tabs: Not sure if that will help at all. Maybe someone who looks at this post later will have more insight! Best of luck, if you do get it to work I'd love to hear how you achieved it.

Is the screenshot you provided an example of a public web app created by someone else? My guess is that there is custom code involved which could be implemented with WAB Developer Edition. I don't know of any tab functionality "out of the box" in WAB.

Erika, I was running into the same thing, and came across this thread during my research. I know it's a bit late, but since this question is still marked as "unanswered" I wanted to share what was taught to me in the hopes of helping you or anyone else who reads this blog post in the future. Colin Lawrence responded to me and said: "The message you are seeing is more of a result and not an error message. You will see several of these come back in the logs when a download fails, but you will want to scroll a little further until you find the error message. If you are having trouble locating it, sometimes its easy to clear the logs first so you are not seeing older messages. Use the trash icon in the top right on the logs page and then reproduce the download failure again. Again you might have to scroll through some of the exploded map file messages, but your error should be in there." So, you would need to identify the actual error message before doing any other troubleshooting. Hope that helps

Ah ok, thank you. After clearing out the log as you suggested and attempting to download again, I found two error messages, both stating "unable to support duplicate feature layers". I didn't actually create the web map, so I didn't realize at the time that one of the layers is actually just a copy of the other one. I assume now that is what is causing the issue, and copied layers are not supported for offline use? However, why would I still be able to successfully download in Collector Classic? Were copied layers supported in that version of the software?

Colin, I tried to download another map today and the same situation happened (worked in Collector Classic but not the new Collector). Using the Developer logging tools, I see the following message: [OFFLINE] Found and Exploded Map Package at: file:///private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Applications/....... (longer path) Any insight on what this could mean? I found this thread but there was no relevant response: https://community.esri.com/thread/225874-how-to-deal-with-an-exploded-map-package-in-collector Thank you!

As far as I know, not through an Esri supported service. However, you can try using the open-source unsupported "ArcGIS Online Assistant" https://ago-assistant.esri.com/ . I've had decent success with it, though it does have its limitations. There's an idea here that you can 'up-vote'. https://community.esri.com/ideas/5847 This would certainly be an appreciated feature for ArcGIS Online!

Absolutely! It would be great if the category selectors functioned the same way as a typical filter, which would allow for 'contains' and 'does not 'contain'. The way it is now is a huge setback for Operations Dashboard.
