Hi @JenniferAcunto , thank you for the quick response! I have sent in a support case and asked to be attached to that ENH ticket, as you suggested. I also shared that information on two other relevant Esri Community posts that I was aware of, to hopefully improve visibility. Do you happen to know why this feature was taken away? If this is a functionality you need, I encourage you to submit a support ticket to attach your organization to this enhancement request. The more customers attached, the better. Adding to this, it baffles me that it seems the ability to customize the No Selection message was taken away? I came across this older Community Post, posted by an "Esri Regular Contributor", which describes an extremely helpful workflow that no longer seems to be available. Hi @JenniferAcunto , I know this post is a couple years old now, but it describes the exact functionality I want to achieve with the dashboard I'm working on. However, I don't see these options in the dashboard configs anymore - was this a feature that was removed with the latest ArcGIS Update in June 2026? Ah, yes I see the difference with what you described compared to the established bug number. They definitely seem related though, and I agree, it's very frustrating that certain features like that were taken away with the update - it seems like a step backwards, not forwards! Maybe you could contact Esri support and reference that bug number, and get this added as an additional bug or a supplement to the existing one? Hi Kathy, This came up in another post recently, it happened with the latest AGOL update at the end of June.  https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-dashboards-questions/category-selector-reset-missing/td-p/1710819  Apparently, it's been logged as a defect...at least in regards to the RESET button no longer being available. 😲Wow, thanks @timcneil ! Is this behavior/shortcut documented anywhere? I feel like holding shift to select multiple rows is kind of the understood/intuitive UX for selecting multiple rows (at least for windows users!) so I had no idea this was possible.  It would be a small but appreciated improvement to incorporate the shift capabilities to match UX from ArcGIS Pro as well as Windows File Explorer, Excel, etc. that people are used to. Hmm, I feel like this has been the behavior for a while now at least (or always was?)  I remember being frustrated with this same thing a while ago, but unfortunately I couldn't tell you exactly how far back it was. If the layers don't have globalIDs, it sounds like sync probably isn't enabled on the layer, which is required for offline capabilities.  ... View more
