Hmmm.....personally, when I experience weird behavior like this, I find the simplest solution is just to try starting over. Just like the stereotypical IT troubleshoot suggestion..."Did you try turning it off and on again?" Why don't you give that a shot (I would suggest giving it a different title and don't delete the original one, just in case). I don't think the logging out part should matter, but nonetheless. Worth a shot. Also one thing to keep in mind, building tiles in AGOL consumes credits, so make sure you have enough to build all of the tiles. Let me/us know how that goes. Of course, you can always try what Alan suggested (below) and open a tech support case for more formal and professional help with this issue. Good luck!

What does it say when you click on "Show current tile details"? For example: Sometimes large tile layers can have hundreds of thousands of tiles. It may take hours to build all of them.

Hi Alan, In ArcGIS Online, you'll want to go to the item details page and export the updated layer to the data format of your choice. Once this is downloaded to your device, you can pull it into ArcMap. You can then either just incorporate this updated layer into your map, or possibly use the Append tool to join it with the existing layer. Would this achieve what you're hoping to do? Matt, Things have been acting slowly/strangely for us as well this morning. Survey123 is not allowing to submit surveys, and some web maps and dashboards aren't loading properly. There was an issue logged in the health dashboard yesterday, but I don't see anything for today. Perhaps this will be brought to their attention soon if it is a universal issue going on. https://status.arcgis.com/ Fingers crossed!! EDIT: I submitted a case with Esri support to make them aware of this issue

Thanks for the suggestion!! Strangely enough, I was just doing a screenshare with Esri tech support and I wasn't able to replicate the issue. So, who knows...maybe it will just be an isolated incident!

Hello, I am working on a project where I have to switch between ArcMap and ArcPro because I only have a spatial analyst extension in Pro. I use the "Zonal Statistics as Table" tool in Pro. Then I would like to attach that table to another layer and calculate a field based on a field in the Zonal Statistics table. However, when I try to do this in Pro, I get the following error: Normally I would just think this would have to do with having another instance of the layer open in another application. However, there are no other instances of Pro, ArcMap or ArcCatalog open when I have tried this. The weird thing is, if I close Pro and open ArcMap, I am able to join the table and calculate the field without any issues. Why would this work in ArcMap but not Pro? Any ideas?

I got mine to work by just using an img tag in the HTML Source section of the custom popup configuration window. Here's the code that I used: <img alt="picture" src="{Images}" style="width:231px;height:158px;" /> Where {Images} is the field that contains the URL of the photo. Hope that helps!

Hi Cindy, I hope I'm understanding what you're asking, in which case there is an easy solution. When the attribute table is open in the web map, click on the triple bar icon in the top right and, when a feature is highlighted, click "Center On Selection". See screenshot: Sometimes it seems to actually change the zoom scale for me, other times it only centers on the selection, but in that case you can just scroll in. Does that help? Alternatively, you could share the web map as a web app. In the attribute table view in a web app, there is an option to "zoom to". -Katherine
