So, to the best of my understanding, both "Tile" and "Vector Tile" layers create Hosted Tile Layers. The difference is the functionality that the layer has (see more details on this here: Tile layers—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation ) I agree the terminology is a bit confusing at first, obviously I'm still learning all the nuances myself, otherwise I might be able to explain a bit better! haha

You mentioned you've searched some sites for a solution....did you look at this blog post, by chance? https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgisonline/blog/2017/07/18/conditional-field-display-with-arcade-in-pop-ups It would be a bit tedious to set up, but it seems like it would do exactly what you're looking for.

Again, your screenshot is showing the Item Details page of the Vector Tile Package. Go to the Item Details page of the Tile Layer (hosted) "Trees_FC_Map", and you should find it.

It looks like the browser at the very bottom of the screenshot is showing a Vector Tile Package. This is not a service, so it will not have a service URL. If you look at the Item Details page for a Hosted Tile Layer, you should be able to access the Service Directory by clicking on "Map Service" or the URL at the bottom of the page:

The feature layer you published is not editable, but there are still benefits to publishing as a hosted feature layer if you need certain functionality. For instance, you can still display information in pop-ups. However, if you only want the layer to be "view only", you should publish as a tile or vector tile layer.

Cool, good to know! I've never used the Create Routes tool, but will keep that in mind for future use as well.

Hello, I created a .stylex file in ArcGIS Pro for my organization to use when creating a standardized set of maps for our ecologists. For the point layer, I just wanted a simple green dot, size 8. However, when you publish the layer it appears as size 14.67 in the ArcGIS Online web map. Is there a reason for this discrepancy? Why are they not the same, as I would think that should allow for managing style files much easier...

I agree that the limitations of HTML within the AGOL platform can be frustrating. I tried a workaround by using the <details> and <summary> tags to create collapsible sections, which I was able to get to work in the "About" widget in one of my apps. However, it's an unsupported tag and it doesn't seem to work in the pop-ups. I would love to see more HTML functionality in the future. If there is an existing workaround to this type of thing I would love to know!
