I am trying to show an image or at least a hyperlink generated from a previous survey123 question to show in a public web browser survey. It looks great in the connect preview. However when I publish the survey both the image link breaks and the url link does not work in web browser For more background, we are using a URL pass to prepopulate most of the survey and we need a way to show or link to the image for the question about image replacement.

I have also experienced the same bug, with more and more people going to mobile first. Do you know if a fix will be coming in the next release of Exb or should I look for another solution for my mobile users in the short term? Thank you

Hi Jay, I am having the same issue. I am trying to configure the "Feature Info" widget for mobile screens. If I leave the Source as Default the pop-up looks great. If I change it to "Selected features" it seems to ignore the "Respect the source" Since it is on mobile I want the user to be easily able to see the feature they selected, not having to arrow through all the pop-ups (there could be thousands). Screen shots attached to help with debugging.

*Update* Looks like I got the drop down working, and wanted to post for other users. I added a List of Values (Domain) under the fields on the layers Data tab and now the edits stick. Of course the Domain list is the "better" way of generating drop down lists and can be used on multiple fields.

Hi Aaron thank you for the update on the "Use in Field Maps" button. I will try to explain the "edits do not stick" I have a field called inspection status, that uses the layers symbology to provide a drop down of "Complete", "Unable to Inspect" or "Not Inspected". The user clicked one of the three options and hits submit. With the 10.8.1 upgrade I am still able to select one of the three options in field maps however the edit does not "stick" It seems to go back to "Not Inspected". I am using the symbology for the drop downs because the webmap used in field maps was created in enterprise 10.6.1 and domain lists did not exist. Now that we have upgraded to 10.8.1 this is likely a better way to configure a map for field map use. We have yet to installed the Map Viewer Beta, which is why I am waiting on using the fields map web app to help configure the map. Until we have Map Viewer Beta installed

We recently upgraded to enterprise 10.8.1, I believe field maps comes along with that install. We seem to have having issues with maps created on 10.6.1 no longer being editable in the same way as previously. We are excited to use the new field maps application, however I can not find the "Use in ArcGIS Field Maps Mobile" check box. Any help tracking down why the check box is missing would be great. Currently maps appear in field maps, however edits do not seem to "stick"

It seems in data cleanup I accidently moved the form out of the Survey-SD folder. By moving the form back into the Survey-SD folder everything seems to be working again. Survey123 Team is it possible to lock down the form so we can't move it?

I am getting an error from survey123 created in AGO with the web browser. I can still click the link to open the survey but all the other tools seem to cause an error. I also have a dashboard that loads a view layer, created from the survey feature layer that is still working. The only thing I have done recently is load the dashboard view layer in ArcPro and exported a copy of the feature layer to be used for another project. I made a copy so I could always go back to the source data if needed. The original survey was not overly complicated, and it would be possible to recreate it before more submissions come in. It would be nice to know what caused the error and how to prevent it in the future.

I would like to be able to view and or edit Attachments while in edit mode in a web browser. I have a feature layer with attachments, that I would like to be able to edit them using mode=edit&globalId. The edit mode functionality works great for updating everything else. If it's not possible to edit attachments at this time, it would be nice to have a read only option for displaying the attachment. Thank you, Ryan

Please consider adding formatting in the future: 8675309 is not the same as 867-5309. Of course this would be a text field. A lot of the time numbers can be coded values and the separators make them easier to read

I am working on a project with different exb pages for neighborhoods. I am trying to get them to all consume the same source layers with filters applied. The views trick above works great for the list widget on each page. I am running into a problem with a map at the bottom of each page, which I would also like to be filtered by the same filter applied to the list widget. So I cannot use the addition layer views trick. It seems I would need to create multiple maps so I can apply the same filter to both the list and the map and not run into problems when I which pages. Is there was a easy way to clear the filter between pages. Then I could consume the same map and layer on each page.

Can I use a URL to prepopulate and then make it read only for a web entry? I am looking to use this from a map pop-up so the business name can be prepopulated. I do not want the person filling out the survey to have the option to change the business name. I still want to display the business name in the survey but make it read only or a note.

We would like to get public input on some surveys and are running into problems with text fields. Drop down lists help but can't meet the full requirements we need for the survey. The trouble is someone could enter in offensive & or curse words into the survey. If we consume the layer directly those words would show up in our applications a few minutes later. We do not have the personal to manually review every survey. At least to flag possible offensive content for review. So only a small number of surveys would need to be manually reviewed. Thank you!
