Send multiple selected items to Survey123 within Experience Builder

I am working on a public facing application for community engagement.  The goal is to allow the general public to select multiple polygons and answer a few simple survey questions. 

I have set up the connection for Send data to this survey and it does a great job if a single polygon is clicked on the map.  Is it possible to select a group of polygons and have that passed to survey123?  It would be fine if its merged as a single geometry.  Alternatively is to possible to pass multiple field names ie community names over to survey123 from a group selection into a comma separated Survey123 question? 

Ideally it would be great to be able to select multiple features and have it passed to a survey123

My agency needs this functionality for a naloxone distribution survey we're building with the Opioid Program. We need partners to multi-select polygons from a map of where they've distributed naloxone so that at the state level we can assess gaps in distribution and focus resources on those areas.
