@PatriciaCleary Thanks. This appears to be a permission issue with the Ordnance Survey Ireland (OSi) MapGenie Digital Gobe (WM) Service basemap that is no longer available/accessible.  It looks like you might have added this layer in CA and the app is hanging now as it's unable to load the layer. So my first recommendation is to check your organization's basemap galley settings in ArcGIS online and make sure Esri Default option is selected. This is just in case you have a custom basemap galley group with the custom layer above that is no longer accessible. Once you confirm that you have access to the Esri Default basemaps, you can try logging in to CA again. Hi Chris, You have so many options when sharing your infographics with others. You can decide on the format depending on the end-user experience you want: Export options: PDF, Dynamic HTML, Excel, Image, Print Share it in an application: dashboard, or storymap For example, if your infographic is interactive with additional variables and map, you might want to use dynamic HTML export, or share it in dashboard or storymap. The PDF, Excel, Image and Print options can be used for static output.  Our data team is continuously working hard to provide historical data for key categories in the app. So far we added historical data for population, households, and housing. My recommendation for now is to use the data source selector if you are looking for some historical crime data for 2022 and 2021 for comparison. Thanks, Fasil T.   ... View more

@JGriff  More details will help us troubleshoot the issue you're reporting as Helen mentioned above. For example, are you using the BA widget in Web AppBuilder or Experience Builder? If you are using Experience Builder, I suspect the error you are seeing might be one of these: Your infographic does not load and show this error Your infographic loads but shows all N/A values If that is the case, these errors might be related to the data update and geography boundary changes. If you have an app created before the 2023 data update, please follow these steps to update your app configuration: Step 1. If you have a geography as a preset location, please remove and add it again. Step 2 and 3. If you have a preset Esri Infographic, please click it (2) and re-select it from the list (3) Step 4. UPDATE: This issue has been fixed. If your custom data is configured with the following geography levels, no additional action is required. Your custom data will be available in Esri 2022 and 2023 vintages as these geography boundaries have not changed.
