@NaomiBegg As mentioned in the help documentation, you will need Community Analyst if you need to create custom infographics and those templates will be available for use in the Business Analyst widget (ExB). No additional license is required to use the ready-to-use Esri Infographics or the custom infographics created by someone in your organization. Please refer to the help documentation for detailed information.

The February 2024 update of the Business Analyst Widget in Experience Builder includes the following new features: 1. Data source selection This option allows you to select a specific data source/vintage for countries/regions that provide multiple data sources. The available infographics and geographies will depend on the selected data source. For example, there are 3 data vintages available in United States, and countries like Australia and France provide 2 data sources. Learn more about data sources. Data source 2. A placeholder instruction in the Preset mode This option allows you to add custom instructions for users at run time to view infographics. This is helpful in you don't want to setup a default location and want the user to take action on the map or other supported widgets before they can view the infographic. Preset introduction text 3. Toggle to add/remove search bar from map When selecting a map widget from the Business Analyst widget configuration, a custom search bar is added to the map. This toggle allows you to remove/add this search bar from the map widget. For example, if you are configuring the Business Analyst widget in Preset mode and don't want your users to search for a location, you can toggle it off. Search bar toggle 4. Set default infographic in Workflow mode This option allows you to set a default infographic when configuring the Business Analyst widget in Workflow mode. The selected default infographic will be automatically selected during run time and users can simply run it without the additional step to select it from the infographic list. Set default infographic 5. Incremental buttons for buffers When customizing the buffers step of the Workflow mode, you can enable incremental buttons for the buffer entry boxes. Increment buttons 6. Additional enhancements Support for web maps with projections other than Web Mercator. Auto-resize the infographic list in Workflow mode based on the numbers of infographic templates selected. Hi @ArielLow2146 Using web map layer attributes directly in comparison reports is not currently supported due to some technical limitations. The recommended workflow is to create a custom data with your map layers and use the variables in comparison reports. Learn more about custom data Cheers, Fasil T.

Hi @ChrisMyers_NewQuest, Yes, conditional styling is already available in infographic tables, charts and other workflows. However, I see from your screen shot above that you are building a nearby table which currently does not support conditional styles. Not sure if I missed anything but if you see this functionality available in the classic report builder but not in infographics, please give me more details and I will look into it. The good news is that we will offer conditional styling for nearby infographic summary for the upcoming update. You can style the value and also the icon based on your values: You can learn more about what new in the next update of Business Analyst in this blog: What's coming in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App | February 2024 Release Thanks, Fasil T. You are correct @AmyRoust. That is an exception that I forgot to mention. The app currently requires all new users to create a project when they sign in for the first time. In addition, members with Publisher role will be prompted to create a project if they delete all their existing projects. We will consider removing this restriction in the future as long as there is a project that is already shared with the org and accessible to these members. If managing groups in your organization is very important to you, the only potential workaround I can think of right now is to create a custom role for these members by disabling the privilege to manage groups as follows: Then, your Community Analyst users (new or existing) will see this message when they sign in. They can simply click Ok and then open a shared project by clicking on Show all projects: Since the custom role does not have the privilege to create a group/project, all members with this role will not be prompted to create a project in Community Analyst. Thanks, Fasil T.

Hello @AmyRoust , For this specific use case, you can create (or use existing) project that contains all sites you described and then share it with organization or specific members from here: Then, other members can access this specific project under Projects shared with me here: I also recommend that they enable Autosave (as shown above) so that they can automatically access this project when they sign in next time. I hope this helps! Fasil T. BA Team

@AmyRoust Sorry if I was not clear but that is not correct. If you delete the group (Community Analyst Project), it will disappear from Community Analyst and you will be required to create a new project to continue using the Community Analyst. Or, if you don't have your own project, you can continue to work by using a project that is shared with you here: Without a project, you will not be able to use the app and will get error messages. Thanks, Fasil

Hello @Tali23, You must be missing something in the workflow as I tested this using a sample web map from the Living Atlas and confirmed that the infographic loads fine as you can see: I used this web map: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=521fa0defa054c389097e685328d4bc3 to create the infographic in Community Analyst using the Map Layers category to get the variables from the layer: The other key step in Experience Builder is to make sure you use the same exact web map in the Map widget and also make sure the action message is configured as follows for Business Analyst widget: I hope this helps! @JayLarsen You have so many options to get demographic information for your sites. Simply start by defining the sites you need using this workflow: After you define the Phoenix city boundary, you can use one of the available options here to get the demographic data in any format that works for you : Thanks, Fasil T.

@JasonBOCQUET I found this sample layer in France and tried to reproduce the issue you mentioned. I created the custom data > added the variables to my infographics > the results show the expected values for a drive time area. I also testing with two different data sources (custom data) and confirmed the infographic works fine. Therefore, we need to troubleshoot why this is not working for you when using your own layer. Here are some suggestions: 1. Create your infographic with only one data source (custom data) at a time and test. The infographic will return N/A for all variables if there is a problem with one of the multiple data sources. This will help you isolate which data source is causing the problem. 2. Make sure the drive time (or any site) you create and use to run infographics intersects your custom data. For example, just use your custom data to create a color-coded map and make sure it works fine and then the area coverage overlaps your site. If your site does intersect the custom data coverage, you will get N/A results in the infographic. You can also share your data sources with me directly and I can take a look. Thanks, Fasil

Hello @JasonBOCQUET, I have the following questions for you to understand the problem: Does the infographic return the expected values in the Business Analyst Web App (bao.arcgis.com)? I see that you are still using the old Business Analyst widget in Web AppBuilder. Does the same issue happens in the BA widget in Experience Builder? Have you reviewed this blog? https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-business-analyst-blog/best-practices-when-sharing-and-running/ba-p/1062670 Thanks, Fasil T. BA Team
