@JasonBOCQUET I found this sample layer in France and tried to reproduce the issue you mentioned. I created the custom data > added the variables to my infographics > the results show the expected values for a drive time area. I also testing with two different data sources (custom data) and confirmed the infographic works fine. Therefore, we need to troubleshoot why this is not working for you when using your own layer. Here are some suggestions: 1. Create your infographic with only one data source (custom data) at a time and test. The infographic will return N/A for all variables if there is a problem with one of the multiple data sources. This will help you isolate which data source is causing the problem. 2. Make sure the drive time (or any site) you create and use to run infographics intersects your custom data. For example, just use your custom data to create a color-coded map and make sure it works fine and then the area coverage overlaps your site. If your site does intersect the custom data coverage, you will get N/A results in the infographic. You can also share your data sources with me directly and I can take a look. Thanks, Fasil

Hello @JasonBOCQUET, I have the following questions for you to understand the problem: Does the infographic return the expected values in the Business Analyst Web App (bao.arcgis.com)? I see that you are still using the old Business Analyst widget in Web AppBuilder. Does the same issue happens in the BA widget in Experience Builder? Have you reviewed this blog? https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-business-analyst-blog/best-practices-when-sharing-and-running/ba-p/1062670 Thanks, Fasil T. BA Team

Hello @JamesKesler , In the Business Analyst Web app, you can the adjust the order of your layers/sites from the legend panel by selecting and dragging them as follows: And if you already shared this to map viewer, you can do the same by dragging the layers here: I hope this helps. Fasil T.

Sorry about that @Hanoit We are looking into this as we are able to reproduce the issue with the latest release. However, I tested the previous developer edition that you showed above in your screen shot and confirmed the app loads fine when deployed: So I suspect there must be something else you might be missing in your deployment. Can you please confirm that you followed these steps to deploy your app? https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/deployment-topics/ Thanks, Fasil T.

Hello @Hanoit, Is your developer edition of ExB app pointing to portal (Enterprise) or ArcGIS Online? If portal, please make sure the geoenrichment service is configured properly as documented in https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/business-analyst-infographic-widget/ If this was working fine few weeks ago, I suspect something might have changed with your geoenrichment configuration or permission. I also recommend that you download and deploy the latest version of ExB that was released last week here: https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/install-guide/ In addition, you will need to download the Business Analyst patch with this version from here: https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-experience-builder-sdk-resources/tree/master/patches/1.13/patch1/arcgis-experience-builder I hope this helps, Fasil T.

Thanks for clarifying @ArielLow2146. Yes, you are correct about the requirement for adding another element to keep it as a panel. For your specific use case, I think the simplest solution might be as follows: Add a panel as I showed above Add a text box to the panel You will have two text boxes side by side. You can simply resize the boxes and the container panel as follows and drag it over your header text boxes: Your text box will be shown inside the blank panel. You can copy/paste the same panel and overlap it with other text boxes. If you resize both panels and match the boundaries, it will appear as follows in stack mode. I hope this helps. Fasil

@ArielLow2146 This blog was intended for using URL parameters in exported HTMLs (locally downloaded and/or hosted on your own servers). Most of these parameters will not work for hosted infographics in dashboard or storymaps using the Business Analyst Web app workflow. I also noticed that this blog is outdated and needs updating. So we will take it down and have an updated version soon. Thanks, Fasil
