The sample tile package URL(http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=221a6aab56804a988a94ec9f82a063e7 ) mentioned in this blog is actually referencing to a tile service, not a tile package. Can you also please explain the two URLs in the code snippet? One is a tile package and the other one is a tile service. Thank you! Fasil T. Esri Support

Alissa, If your end goal is to download and view the results in ArcMap, the file geodatabase download is the best option since you have attachments. Then, if you want to calculate the latitude and longitude values for each survey point, you can use the Add XY Coordinates geoprocessing tool. To view and download your attachments for each survey point, you can use the Identify tool in ArcMap as well. I hope this helps! Fasil T.

Daniel, I am glad that we were able to determine the source of the issue. You can recover the data from the mobile device but appending it to the existing feature service will be a manual workflow. 1. The survey is stored in a SQLite database on the mobile device 2. Go to the folder location on the device to get to the file. For example: Computer\Note 5\Phone\ArcGIS\My Surveys\Databases 3. Download a DB Browser for SQLite 4. Open the .sqlite file using this application. 5. The inputs are stored as you can see below: 6. You can manually create a point feature on the existing survey feature service in ArcGIS Online map viewer, and then fill out the corresponding attributes by cross referencing your SQLite table. Do you know what version of the Survey123 app these users are on? The latest version is 1.1.18. If the user is able to download the same survey again (without deleting the one on the device), this might indicate that there were some changes on the survey or the associated feature service. In this case, the user will have two surveys on the device with the same name. However, you can tell the difference between those surveys as you can see below:

Daniel, It is possible that this specific user might have an older version of the survey with the same name on the device. Does the issue happen for this user for multiple downloaded surveys? Did you by any chance deleted and republished, or modified the survey after this user already downloaded it to the device and collected data? For a quick test, have that user download that specific survey once again and see if they can send the survey data. Fasil T.

Daniel, This error message might be related to surveys that are already deleted from ArcGIS Online or Survey123 site. Before uploading your surveys from your mobile device, can you please double check that the surveys still exist in Survey123 site? Fasil T.

Jarom, Like I mentioned, showing attachments stored in a related table in a map viewer is a known limitation for now for ArcGIS Online. I am not sure if this works for you, but I was able to configure my XLSForm like this: And, I was able to see the attachments links in map viewer as the attachments are enabled on the feature service. Jarom, Is the feature service published from Survey123 Connect? If yes, I am not sure how you configured your XLSForm so that the attachments are part of the related table. However, it's recommended that you enable attachments on the feature service itself due to the following limitation (bug) in ArcGIS Online map viewer. BUG-000086534 : Photo attachments in a related table are visible in Collector for ArcGIS but invisible when viewing the related records in the ArcGIS Online map viewer. Our developers are currently working on this issue so that you can view attachments from related tables in map viewer. I hope this helps! Fasil T.

Glen, Just a quick suggestion, if you want other members of your group to view the results, please consider using the 'View map in ArcGIS MapViewer' link. As you can see, the View Results options is available under 'My Surveys' and the items listed here are the surveys that you own. Your members can open the web map and then click view table to see the results. Fasil
