Hello Michael, The date in the Infographics is dynamically added when you check the Add footer option during export to PDF/Image or Print. The date will included at the bottom in the PDF/Image or printed output: I hope this helps. Fasil T. Business Analyst Team

Yes, Katherine. If you just want to view the infographics only, you can simply copy/paste the URL for the infographics player from your story map. For example: https://bao.arcgis.com/InfographicsPlayer/StoryMapsPlayer/7.2/reportPlayer/InfographicFromResource.html?resourceUrl=https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/ac7713d4e0794cca926a4963efebeeb8/resources/0b0145e7d37c4717858cdc425bc5537f.txt To get to the infographics player URL of your Cascade template, edit your story map > Click Edit for the embedded infographics > Manage tab > Change media > Link to Content > copy this URL and paste it in a browser. You can follow the same workflow in Map Journal template as well. Edit > scroll down and click on the text link to your embedded infographics (1) click on the icons for "Change the Main Stage Content" (2) > click BACK > and you'll see the infographics player URL here as well: copy this URL > Cancel > click on Main Stage tab > click the "Web page" CONTENT option > past the URL of the infographics player here: click Configure > Save. Here is a sample I created: https://bateam.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapJournal/index.html?appid=1f539b051f85479a9f9633fcb00456bd I hope this helps! Fasil T. Business Analyst Team

I'm sure you're probably aware of this already but you can also embed your infographics in a story map and share them in AGOL as follows: Story Map—Business Analyst Web App | ArcGIS In this example, I used the Cascade template with a single infographics but you can add more, and you can share the story map like any other item in AGOL. https://bateam.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Cascade/index.html?appid=ac7713d4e0794cca926a4963efebeeb8 Fasil T. Thanks, Catherine. Correct me if I'm wrong but your specific issue is that the Topographic vector basemap in your template is not showing up correctly when exported to PDF or Image, right? If yes, I was able to reproduce the issue as follows: The good news is that we already identified this issue and fixed it in our next release which is coming out in a couple of weeks (around the first week of October). As you can see below, the Topographic vector basemap layers are exporting fine in that version of Business Analyst Web App. Sorry for the inconvenience again, but would you be able to replace your topographic vector basemap with the raster version in the meantime? Thanks, Fasil T. Business Analyst Team

Hi Katherine, Dynamic HTML Infographics are designed to be embedded in websites as you described above. html file upload is not currently supported in AGOL/portal. However, do you know that you can make your infographics available in Web AppBuilder using the Business Analyst widget that we introduced in the last release? You can configure the app with the desired webmap and specific infographic templates and reports so that your users can simply run/view the infographics you created in Business Analyst Web App. Here is how you can configure it: Business Analyst widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS I hope this helps. Hello Stephanie and Katherine, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Please help me with the following information so I can troubleshoot this issue. 1. Which browser and version are you using? 2. Do you know which map (basemap) is included in your infographics template? 3. Can you download the specific infographic templates that are failing to export to PDF/Image and send me the .brpt files? Thanks, Fasil T. Business Analyst Team

Hello Pete, You can also use Geography boundaries as follows: Go to Define Areas > Select Geography > Select from the map > select the desired intersecting geographies > you can choose to merge these geographies into one > then click Options and select No fill > Ok. Then create your CCM and use this boundary as an extent. For example, here I created a CCM of all the counties in AZ showing a total population. Hope this helps, Fasil T. Business Analyst Team

Hello Axel, Thanks for reaching out to the Business Analyst team. I would like to inform you that we are considering this workflow for a future release but we don't have a specific timeline yet. In the meantime, I hope the following workaround works for you: 1. Go to Add Data > Import File > Browse and Import your file 2. Select the Geographic boundaries option > match your boundary fields (eg. Zip codes) 3. Click Next > Save the layer > click Organize Sites. Note: You will see the imported layer is saved under Geographies (Sites) now. This layer is saved in your project feature service. Notice the name of my project is "Thematic Demo". 4. Un-check the check box next to the layer to remove it from the map. 5. Go to Add Data > Custom Data Setup > Start Setup 6. Choose Layer > Browse for a layer > Click on My Groups tab and sort by Recent. Note: You'll see your project feature services listed here. And you can see "Thematic Demo Layers" is the feature services that contains the imported file. 7. Hover over that item and click Add > select the imported layer. 8. Click Setup Custom Data > Drag and drop the variables you want to map to the right. Note: You can learn more about Custom Data here: Custom Data Setup—Business Analyst Web App | ArcGIS 9. Click Save and you will see the following options > Click Color-Coded Maps. 10. Select the desired variable to and you can create a thematic map from your imported layers as follows: Note: You can use your custom data in any supported workflows by browsing to it in the data browser (My Data). I hope this is helpful, Best regards, Fasil T. Business Analyst Team

Hi Robin, As you might have already noticed, the variables you are looking for are not provided with 18+ ranges. For example, the Income by Age variables are available with the following age and household income ranges: So it's not possible to create custom variables for just 18+ using those specific categories. You can only combine these variables as follows to create custom ranges. For example, I can create one that shows Household income less than $15,000 and Householder Age between 15 and 44: But I understand your use case and I will forward your feedback to our data team. Thanks, Fasil

Hello Michael, When exporting infographics, the header, data source, and footer texts font color/size are set as part of the principal font for your template under Theme Settings. We currently do not have a separate setting for these texts. Please let me know if that is not helpful. Best regards, Fasil T. ArcGIS Business Analyst Team
