Hi Jack, Yes, this is possible as long as your web map contains all the flow map layers. For example here, I have a web map that contains two flow maps (one in LAX and the other in SAN) http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=519b9b590f624790a941ede61f5b6b79 When I build the infographics, I will simply add this web map by browsing to ArcGIS: Then, when I run this template for a site in LAX, the infographic will show the flow map within that site extent as follows: And when I run the same report on a site near SAN, I get the flow map in that area: I hope this is helpful. Hello Jack, You should be able to add web maps that contain your flow graphics to your infographic template. Here is a simple example: You can create a web map with this type of flow graphics in arcgis.com or in ArcGIS Pro and simply add that web map to your infographics. These maps are fully interactive once you add them to the template. Here is a sample web map I created in ArcGIS.com: http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=519b9b590f624790a941ede61f5b6b79 Here is the help doc on creating web maps: Web maps—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation I hope this helps! Hello Meredith, I'm not sure if I understood exactly what you're trying to do here but it's most likely that the existing tables you drag and drop probably are not multi-feature type and may be that's why you can't see the [AreaDesc]. The [AreaDesc] is used to identity the description of the site for the variables below. For example: So if you simply want to display the site information for individual sites, the best option is to use the General data format: If you still want to create a multi-feature table but don't want to see the area description fields on the top, you can simply clear the cells: Based on the property of this table, merging the fields will break the report and variables returned for each site. Please give me more details if I misunderstood your question. Thanks for contacting the Business Analyst Team, Fasil T.

I uploaded this template and the issue is most likely caused by this missing map. This map could have been a web map that is no longer shared with you or deleted from your organization. So I replaced this missing map panel with another basemap and your template runs fine now: Go to Build Reports > Build Infographics > open the above infographics > replace the missing map with another map > and remove/replace other missing items from the template > Save it > and run it again. I hope this helps! Fasil

Hello Robin DiSalvo, Sorry for the inconvenience but we can help you troubleshoot the cause. From your screen capture, I see that you are running custom (My/Shared) infographics you or someone in your organization created. It's most likely that the contents of those infographics are inaccessible causing this error. 1. Do you get the same error when running the Standard infographics? 2. Go to Build Reports > Build Infographics > and try to open the custom infographics that you were trying to run. Do you see any errors or missing items? If yes, remove those missing items from the template > Save it > and run this one. 3. You can also download the failing templates and send the file to us so we can investigate. Thanks, Fasil T. Hello Kevin, The Select Geography workflow is limited to 1000 geographies for performance reasons in the app. Here are some alternative options that might help you: In the Business Analyst Web App (BAO), go to Create Maps > Color-Coded Maps > select any variable > zoom to the desired map extent > select the desired geography level as shown below. Notice some detailed geography levels are not available at large extents for the same performance reason. Now, click on the Data tab and you will see the Export to Excel option at the bottom. The exported file will contains all the geographies in visible map extent and it's not limited to 1000. If you have access to ArcGIS Business Analyst Desktop/Pro, all the geography boundaries are included with the data and you can export them to an excel table. Some of these geographic boundaries are available in ArcGIS Online (arcgis.com) and some of them allow exporting to a file. For example, you can export this USA counties layer to excel if you are signed in using the same credentials you use for business analyst. https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=48f9af87daa241c4b267c5931ad3b226 The ArcGIS Living Atlas is a really good resource when you are signed in to your ArcGIS Online account. You can also contact Esri technical support team and they might be able to help you with this further. Thanks, Fasil T. Business Analyst Team

Hello Axel, I just wanted to inform you that this workflow is implemented in the December release of Business Analyst web App. Go to: Add Data > Custom Data Setup > Start Setup > Select a file to import > select geographic boundaries > set up your variables > use your data in all supported workflows from the data browser. Here is the help doc: Custom Data Setup—Business Analyst Web App | Documentation With this new feature, you can bring in your tabular data and join it to a geographic boundaries so that you can use your own data in all analysis and reporting workflows. Hello Jo, As you noticed, Comparison Reports only supports numeric variables that you can use to compare your sites. And adding numeric site attributes is not currently supported but this is a great enhancement idea and I encourage you to submit it in https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas so other BA users can promote it as well. The best option to include your text site attributes like city and state is in the site name itself as follows: You can edit the site name using one of these options: Best regards, Fasil T.
