Can I transfer the ownership of one solution to another user if an item is being used by more than one solution? For example, I've deployed the Citizen Problem Reporter and the Tree Management solution to my content. I want to transfer the tree management solution to another user.

I want to use the add layer widget to add a feature layer that was created from a selection set. I can select features and save the layer to my content. When I try to find the saved layer through the Add layer, it is not there, even though I can clearly see it in My Content. Why can't I add it?

I'm sharing my workflow as this had me stuck for weeks. This blog and the subsequent comments weren't quite clear enough for me to understand what I needed to do. I wanted to attach two photos and send them via email. Each photo is in a separate image question in Survey123. While the beginning of the blog describes the workflow for one image, the next part about attaching multiple images, talks about using iterators and aggregators, which will NOT work with separate image questions. My current solution *** Use Map for each attachment and add .jpg to the end of each name or you will get a "file.html" file. *** This scenario only works if both questions are answered. What do I do if only one or the other question is answered? I've tried using the MAKE operations "resume" and "ignore" when only one of the questions are answered. I've thought about using a router with different paths when only the door hanger question is answered or only the violation question is answered, or both are answered. That doesn't scale well if I have multiple separate questions. Changing the survey to only one image question with a multi-line appearance is not an option. I need to be able to do different things with each image. I could ask the user to keep a "no photo" image on the device and load it when there isn't an actual photo to ensure the scenario runs. How can I set up my scenario to work with separate image questions in MAKE?

Thank you. My initial work around was to not make that question required. However, later on I discovered that just clicking the first question, without dragging it anywhere, seemed to "set" it, and allowed me to submit it even when the question is required.

I'm using the ranking question for the first time. The question is required. Filling the form out on the web. If the initial ranking is what user wants it to be and the user doesn't touch it, the form cannot be submitted because the survey doesn't think the question has been answered. Is this expected behavior?

I'm not as familiar with Field Maps as I am with Survey123. In the ArcGIS Survey123: Modeling Inspection Workflows from the 2022 Dev Summit, it describes how you can pull down related records from previous inspections as read only. I've also watched this 2021 video, ArcGIS Field Maps: Enabling Asset Collection Workflows Is it possible to view existing inspections as read only in Field Maps? And be able to add new inspections?

@CraigGillgrass Thanks for the quick response and letting me know that it should be fixed in the Fall. I didn't have time to answer the question from your first reply, but we did confirm that the edit button was unavailable in ArcGIS Online...Data...Fields for managing lists. Regarding setting the privileges, "Administrative privileges > Content > Update privilege" - it looks like this (see below), which I find very confusing.

We deployed the Tree Management Solution. It created many groups including the Tree Management Core Team group. It is a shared update group. "Members of this group can create, edit, and manage the site, pages, and other content related to Tree Management." - I interpret that to mean these users can modify the content, including lists on hosted feature layers. Is this correct? The Tree Field Map uses the Trees hosted feature layer. The user that I want to be able to modify these lists has the following privileges: This is what the user sees when he tries to modify a list for the What privilege does this user need to manage the list?

If you ever see something like this: for my survey, it meant that I had accidentally deleted the space between the language and the open parentheses. Instead of hint::Español (es), I used hint::Español(es). This (see image) occurred if I made this change to any column heading that had a language and a language code.

When I look at my bilingual survey in the dashboard, the questions are in Spanish and the answers are in English. Is there a setting on the web dashboard that allows me to switch or set the language?
