I want the ability to view attachments in an existing survey in the field app. I don't want to edit it. Just read only. I'm using the "one feature service, many surveys" pattern in one of my projects. One person starts the survey. The second person views the relevant information as read only and then enters their information with a different survey. Since the attachment can't be viewed we have to email it to them. It's a hassle. This doesn't work for offline projects at all.
